“This review is overdue. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a TV for my parents. The owners were fabulous from start to finish. The recommendation was perfect for my parents' needs. To top it off, they offered to deliver same day which was the day before Christmas Eve. The top-notch customer service did not end there. The delivery did not go as planned because the TV was too big for the area over the fireplace. Mark did not want to disappoint and went back to the store (after hours) to redesign the TV legs to fit the space. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The next day, our guests were able to enjoy the football games on our brand new TV. This was my first time purchasing from there, but it definitely will not be the last! “For a repair shop to be open on Sunday was amazing. Owner is courteous and the prices are fair and reasonable with the a good turnaround. I did get the expedited repair option for the up charge which wasn’t as bad as I though it would be. Defiantly will be coming back here if I have any electronic issuesUpdateEverything was repaired on time and worked as expected. Although I only needed an new hdmi port the tech got it done before 1700 on the day required due to my schedule. If you don’t know this place is a storefront and the systems are repaired somewhere else. With the shortage of more complicated components I can see how there are delays or more expensive repair costs. I am completely satisfied with the service”
