Each time I go to Encore Car Wash 🧼, I am kindly helped by the attendant Sergio. He noticed that my arm is too short to reach the payment board. And Sergio comes out to help me. My car wash 🧼 is washed by up to date equipment. And my car 🚗 looks great afterwards!

They do a very nice job. I have a black Escalade that is not easy to keep clean and this place is reliably good. Highly recommend!

1 star because I really don't like that the employees outside come and hover over you while you're going through the screen prompts. I understand the reasoning behind it, but its annoying for people like me who come here all the time and know what I'm doing. I dont need someone to be up in my space watching me, breathing on me, etc. Just leave the customers alone until they actually need something, and they can wave an employee over.

Love this car wash the equipment is top notch and vacuum system is great with 2 different heads to get in crevices.
