Rented a car for a few days since mine was totaled and needed to get to work and back. Getting me into one of their loaner cars was a bit slow since it seems like they were a little understaffed but I'm not holding that against them. The car I used did exactly what I needed and had very minimal issues. It helped a lot that its a short walk from my house so I didn't have to worry about a ride there. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if I do need to rent a car I know where I'm going

Unfortunately involved in an accident but pleasantly appreciated the service received at this Plainfield Il location. The newly appointed manager, Rio (sp?) picked me up and dropped me off at the Gerber Colllision office nearby, expedited the paperwork process and made me very comfortable with the entire process. Only complaint was the interior smell of the vehicle but still it was a 5 star experience!

They took 45 minutes to answer my call after calling 4 times and being placed on hold each time and eventually being hung up on each time. I had a reservation for a specific date at 8 AM and was told that the day before this branch would call me. They never called and after finally getting a hold of someone they told me that the car would not be available until 5 PM that day or the next day, not at 8 AM when I needed it. After questioning this decision, I was then told that the car was available? Poor customer service. They must not want the business was that bad.

It takes a day or two to get a vehicle sometimes but the service is great and they are quick and efficient taking care of you. I have been to this location more than once and it's always pleasant and easy going.

If you're looking to get a one way car, don't bother. They rarely, if ever have availability. Go to Avis instead.

Jessica and Marco were very professional when setting up a ride pick-up for me from CarStar Todd’s Auto Body. They were also professional when explaining the details of the inspection walk-thru before renting the vehicle, rental agreement (the vehicle you want to rent), and pricing. I drove the 2023 Ford Expedition Limited for five days and had a wonderful experience. When an issue arose during that time, they were professional and made sure to rectify the situation. I’ve been a member for many years renting vehicles in California, Iowa, and Illinois. I would recommend this Enterprise establishment to anyone.P.S.The twin turbo V6 definitely help move that 5800IBS vehicle with ease. V8 is still better in my opinion.

I must say after my two bad experiences with the one on Jefferson st in joliet and O'Hara Airport this location is outstanding. Well after my son was in a very bad car accident 50 miles away from my town I was told to get a car from the airport. Two days later I got a email that the car is to be returned. Being told I could take it back to any enterprise I called the Joliet Jefferson st location. Wow was I wrong not only was the lady not helpful in any way she demanded the car go back to the airport and also said we have no cars for you. After that conversation I tried several times to call the airport but no luck. So I decided to call this location on plainfield Rd. I explained what all I've been through to Jessica and she went to work. She explained about how the airport works and I could return it there but I'd have to pay a destination fee. When my wife and I got there the paperwork was done and A.T explained the details even more. Today I got a call from Dennis asking about our return and he was able to close the account with no problems. Jessica, A.T and Dennis listened to my needs put us in a car for a great price. The young lady I talked with at the Joliet location can sure learn alot about good customer service from this location and these 3 employees. Customer appreciate when a worker goes beyond to accommodate them.

The Manager was coolThe only problem I had was with one of the employees named Jessica. It was my first time renting a car and none of the policies were explained to me before she had me signing multiple documents. I also REALLY don't appreciate being falsely accused of "cussing her out" as the Manager had said to me, After she walked inside to get him because she didn't know what she was doing. I would NEVER do that. No need to lie like that just because you didn't explain anything to me until I was literally about to drive off the lot.Also, While renting I passed an iPass toll and didn't have an IPass on me. I tried MANY times to log online and pay and it always told me that $0 was due, However now I'm getting emails saying I'm being charged $25 fee for missing said toll.I don't think I'll be renting from this location again because of all of this, including the extremely unprofessional behavior she demonstrated towards me, and hope she will be properly trained in the future to avoid more problems like this.Nothing but problems from this place!!

This locations customer service is excellent. Due to my company making an error. I had made my way to the Enterprise store very very early before my vehicle was even ready.
Eric went out of his way along with DeMarco to not only find me a vehicle, but also had it prepped and ready within 20 minutes of me arriving there. That’s excellent turnaround time and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this place for all your rental needs.
