Rude lady. This place a complete rip off. Overpriced. Wanted me to pay before seeing my cloths I dropped off. Avoid this place. They want to charge you $24.99 for 1 suit. Complete rip off, other people in the area charge half that and have decent service.

The absolute worst cleaners they try to make you sign a waiver for messing up your items then doesn’t want to refund you back your money DO NOT GO THERE.

I disagree with some of the previous comments posted so felt a need to provide my personal review and experience. There’s always going to be negative reviews like the couple on here, but there are many positive reviews my family, friends and I have to share. Evergreen Cleaners is a small mom and pop small busienss, so you’re not going to get big box corp feel. So just keep that in mind. Prices are on the higher side but it’s more quality than a CD One in my opinion. I too went to CD One to save money and ended up with shrunken clothes and pilled and stretched out sweaters. Then went back to Evergreen. The Evergreen owners are kind and always accommodating. They put attention to detail in all our clothes especially with alterations, which has saved me and my family in many occasions (wedding and dance recital alterations, urgent stuffed animal/lovey tears, custom tailoring, etc.). They moved from their previous location next to Marianos to this location a few years ago, and we decided to follow them (despite all the different options closer to us) bc we can’t imagine going anywhere else! Give them a try.

This place does do good business. The lady who serviced me was so rude.
Charged me $100 to dry clean 4 suits.
I went to CD Cleaners across the street and got the same 4 suits and an additional 5 button up shirts dry cleaned for half the price. They also returned them to me more quickly.
Save your money and time and go anywhere else.

I don’t understand how this lady is still in business. Complete rip off. Took her 3 pants to hem and paid. When I arrived for pick up she refused to hand them to me if I didn’t pay her an additional $40 dollars. After paying $90.
Total rip off.

Unfortunately I can’t post, without giving them a star. I got two pair of jeans, two jogging suits & two sweaters cleaned here & she charged me $109.70, one of my sweaters had a brown stain on it, that wasn’t there & the others jogging suit was still dirty looking. This establishment is a horrible place, they half clean your clothes & over charge you, they are terrible & rude, please don’t go to them.

Do not go here for alterations. They will over charge you and not even do a good job! Then if you bring out the mistakes you need fix, the seamstress woman gives YOU attitude!So I went here to get my 6 year old daughter's flower girl dress taken in and shortened. While she was ringing me up I wasn't paying attention because my children were jumping on the couch and just acting up (yes my fault I wasn't paying attention). She charged me $200!!! After she gave me the receipt I was like wait what?? How is this 200?? She said because she'll have to cut the three layers of toole and take in on both sides. I'm like ok whatever I just need to get these kids out of here.So my husband picks up the dress two weeks later, and this is what I get!!! It's 3inches too small!!! And this is the job she does!! It wasn't even, the toole she had to so delicately cut was all jagged.So I go in the next day to show her what the dress looks like and yes I was pissed! She asked me what's the problem why so mad? I said I'm mad because you charged me $200 and this isn't $200 quality of work and it's too small.She goes to say "well I told you your daughter is still growing, she grew", I said no mam, my 6 year old did not grow 3 inches around the chest in 2 weeks that's insane to even think. Then she goes to say that the people who made the dress made it uneven and that it wasnt her fault the sides looked like that. And she said she worked hard on the toole and she's "not happy with me for saying it doesn't look like hard work".I asked for my money back because at that point I didn't want them touching the dress again. Her and her husband refused. So I'm like ok- fix this dress and if it's not right next time I pick it up I'm filing a small claims suit for my money back and to replace the dress.As she was ringing up my ticket she was mumbling how she was not happy with me and next time if I don't come to here for work "fine by me". I have the dress back. It does close. The sides are even. However the bodice now it's just... off. Almost like lopsided?! I'm just over it at this point, it closes, the wedding is in a few weeks- it'll be fine. But NEVER going here again

This place is a rip off. I had a sweater coat cleaned by them. My coat looked just like it did when I left it. The woman is very rude and when I pointed out how all of the lint was still on my coat she told me that her husband only charged me $35 and he should charged $45. So the took no accountability for the poor service she responded rudely. Never again they have no respect for people. Rip off!!!Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I’m extremely disappointed what happened. Back story, I’m in the military. I turned my uniforms to get cleaned and pressed. When I picked up my uniforms there was a giant stain on one of my items that was not there when I turned it in. Most uniforms are extremely expensive and when I asked to get a refund the lady laughed In my face and kept saying “military”. I highly encourage others not to come here!

So disappointed! Took my draperies to evergreen to be cleaned and pressed. There is a huge water stain on one panel and all the panels are NOT PRESSED properly. There’s creases where they don’t belong and some pressed with another piece of drapery folded over it. They hung 1000x better fresh from the packaging when originally purchased. I paid over $300 to have these professionally cleaned and pressed and they look awful!!!!If I could rate lower, I would. Thoroughly disgusted
