They are respectful of your time and your scheduled appointment time, so easy to confidently plan your day around your appointments. They remember your health history and family history as well as personal details that aren’t medically relevant in order to go the extra mile. They always put in the effort to make you comfortable, heard and make sure when you leave with answers. I have never felt rushed or that my concerns are not addressed. Both Dr. Oplka and Dr.Becky are amazing! They work so well together with co-managing and making sure nothing is forgotten or missed from one appointment to the next regarding who you treated you last. Even when their office is “closed” they have called me back after leaving time sensitive voicemails and to me that says a lot. You can tell they really care for their patients and making sure you have a good experience. The reception is always friendly and helpful (over the phone and in person)!
