They use a 3rd party site for passport services which is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!
TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY DO NOT INFORM YOU THAT IT IS A 3RD PARTY SITE!!!!!
THEY TOOK OUR VERY SENSITIVE INFORMATION AND PAYMENT ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE SITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walked in right at 7pm on 3/17 with a prescan package all ready to go. One person was ready to scan it but young man refused the package. Glad I choose to use UPS whenever possible. I have never had a good experience at this location

Expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by the South Plainfield FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. This is the only FedEx office I have encountered that consistently results in frustrating issues.
We frequently ship RMA labels for warranty replacement parts. Manufacturers often send us pre-labeled FedEx packages, into which we typically place the defective part for return. However, this specific location insists on requiring us to repackage the entire shipment each time due to the packaging being “express” packaging, a practice that is not enforced at any other FedEx location, including the FedEx ShipCenter in Aurora/Naperville.
I believe this issue stems from a lack of training or misguided corporate policies. While the staff may be following instructions, they seem unable to apply customer service principles. For example, Israel “like I said” recently informed me that placing the pre-labeled package in the self-service box would result in the package being returned to me, a completely illogical outcome coming from a logistics company. With no other resolution to the problem than “you have to repackage it and pay for another label”.
I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with a manager or corporate representative. I hope to gain a clear explanation for the inconsistent practices at this location and how they can be aligned with the standards of other FedEx offices.

This is the worst delivery service ever. We have been waiting for a package that the company has been telling us they will deliver. They expect us to be home for four days , ridiculous. Go with UPS.

This location is my goto for getting images blown-up and having posters printed & laminated. Hunter is AWESOME! Nearly every service I've needed, he's assisted in some capacity. Pricing is fair, and service is always quick (or they'll call you when ready).

I usually have positive experiences, but the evening workers were not that. The young man that was working on my return stopped in the middle of my transaction to help another person that was waiting behind me,and completely finished her pick up print order,and had the audacity to ask me if i were ready. Really ?
The other guy was walking around angry and unengaged. In fact, he walked past me and walked behind his coworker never acknowledging that i needed assistance.
Disgraceful.
Btw FedEx stop crushing and destroying my delivered items, and hire staff that know how to interact with all races of people.

Once again, this store is on top of things. Wonderful staff! The team at this location are helpful and most accommodating. I usually schedule packages to be delivered at their location for pick-up since the staff is reliable with great attitudes. Thank you!

This is a very good company but this specific location at the time I worked was very prejudice as a staff. Manager at the time Jamie Harvey was horrible boss and was not fair with scheduling at all. Lead consultant Cheryl was very rude and passive constantly spoke rude things about company and district manager. Constantly blocked me from being able to transfer locations to become a lead consultant. They did not want me to achieve goals in this company, which was a downside to things. Even when I expressed to district manager Erin about everything she did nothing and a sorry excuse of a so called “leader” the only time she actually cared was when I wanted to leave because I was fed up of how I was constantly getting treated and getting called racial slurs by my “team”. She was very pro lgbt but she definitely did not care about diversity and inclusion especially being a mixed woman too. She didn’t care how others of different race were being treated but if I was apart of the other community I’m sure she would have stopped the micromanagement ASAP. It’s a great company but very unfortunate how management in this district treated people. I pray one day things get better for this location and 1476

Absolutely the best fedex and employees in the world work here.They had me set and ready to go in 0 minutes, my wife called and said she was sending the label as I arrived they had it printed and on my shipment and out the door I went..and they can joke without taking offense..and they like the Looney tunes so fedex listen up.. everyone here needs a raise and be put in for management. Don't lose this group of people..hunter thank you for a great experience.
