Once again, this store is on top of things. Wonderful staff! The team at this location are helpful and most accommodating. I usually schedule packages to be delivered at their location for pick-up since the staff is reliable with great attitudes. Thank you!

This is a very good company but this specific location at the time I worked was very prejudice as a staff. Manager at the time Jamie Harvey was horrible boss and was not fair with scheduling at all. Lead consultant Cheryl was very rude and passive constantly spoke rude things about company and district manager. Constantly blocked me from being able to transfer locations to become a lead consultant. They did not want me to achieve goals in this company, which was a downside to things. Even when I expressed to district manager Erin about everything she did nothing and a sorry excuse of a so called “leader” the only time she actually cared was when I wanted to leave because I was fed up of how I was constantly getting treated and getting called racial slurs by my “team”. She was very pro lgbt but she definitely did not care about diversity and inclusion especially being a mixed woman too. She didn’t care how others of different race were being treated but if I was apart of the other community I’m sure she would have stopped the micromanagement ASAP. It’s a great company but very unfortunate how management in this district treated people. I pray one day things get better for this location and 1476

Absolutely the best fedex and employees in the world work here.They had me set and ready to go in 0 minutes, my wife called and said she was sending the label as I arrived they had it printed and on my shipment and out the door I went..and they can joke without taking offense..and they like the Looney tunes so fedex listen up.. everyone here needs a raise and be put in for management. Don't lose this group of people..hunter thank you for a great experience.

I visited to print 200 holiday postcards. The employee, Hunter, was the same person who helped me print my holiday order last year, and he remembered me - Hunter is AMAZING! He helped me submit my order (I brought in a USB with the image file), preview layout, and print a test piece for approval. I was in and out of the store super quick, and my order was ready in just 2 days! A+!

I have shipped hundreds of items from here in the past 3 years. In the past 3 years, I have been hit with ridiculous overages after shipping. I have lost hundreds of dollars because of it. I will no longer use FedEx.

The nicest guy works here! I had a package to pick up and totally undestimated the size. I was by myself and he helped me get it into my car. :) I appreciated it so much.

Someone at a FedEx shipping hub dropped the ball and failed to affix the correct shipping address label and for 3 days I received messages that my package couldn't be delivered to an out of state location because of incorrect /non-existing address. I spent over an hour and a half on phone hold, (while all 1 of their associates was handling an "unusual volume" of calls). I called local FedEx store and explained problem. Associate I spoke with, connected me directly to someone who could help me. Within 2 hours, my package finally reached its destination. KUDOS to the Plainfield, Illinois FedEx store for resolving delivery issues. Thank You!

Delaney helped me to send my package with a complicated return address and made sure the return address was exactly as I wanted it, helped me thoroughly in knowing my shipping options and being patient with me. I had an issue while printing out pictures for my class. I went to FedEx extremely stressed out and Delaney was amazing. From the moment I walked in the door. She told me exactly what to do and started the process for me. This morning she called me to tell me that my order was completed. Honestly I couldn't have gotten it done on my own I'm a bit technically challenged, so I truly appreciated her taking her time to explain things. I give her an A+++ for customer service.
