Walking into this FedEx is like stepping into a customer service black hole. The attitude from the first employee you see makes it clear you’re an inconvenience, and I don’t need to get attitude from the person supposed to help me. Staff move slowly, seem uninterested, and the unwelcoming atmosphere makes you want to leave before you even ship anything.

Their door is never open until 7pm.
FedEx should remove them from their locations or make the location hire humans who want to work. But advertising you are open until a certain time and locking the door before hand is not good business. Quit hiring schleppy kids that have no work ethic. You charge enough for shipping, where is the service we pay for!

Worst location ever. Got to the store at 10am no employees showed up. Went back at 12pm, store still not open. Guess they decided to take the day off. Based on other reviews, i would fire everyone that works there and start fresh.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
This FedEx location is consistently disappointing. Every visit seems to come with a new issue, and the staff always appear unhappy and irritated with customers.
I had a Wayfair return that FedEx was supposed to pick up. They picked it up — and then dropped it back at my doorstep for no reason. When I contacted Wayfair, they asked me to drop it off at any FedEx location. The package was very heavy, but I still managed to bring it in.
Once there, they refused to accept it because the box had a small opening. The representative, Imani, said, “We don’t accept packages,” and called her manager Shay, who backed her up. I explained the situation and mentioned the weight, but they still refused to help.
Here’s a simple tip for better customer service: just say, “It’s our policy to have sealed packages, but I’ll tape this up for you — no big deal.” That one small gesture could have changed everything. Instead, they chose to be difficult and dismissive.
It’s no surprise this store is often empty. Experiences like mine explain why people avoid this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She showed no interest in helping customers and made the whole process uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the service quality

I have had a ton of paperwork to do after the passing of a loved one, and everyone at this location has been nothing but friendly and helpful!

My wife went to this FedEx location to print 2 gift tags on cardstock that would go on a christmas present. The worker said that it would take too long. My wife asked, can you do it though? And she said yes, but it's the holidays and she's the only one working. My wife offered to wait, and she just refused. I can't believe how awful of service that was and I never want to go to FedEx again now.

I do a lot of printing here for business purposes and I always receive great customer service. The staff here calls me with any questions they may have about an order I’ve placed, and suggest ways to improve my order. I recently had a print/laminate order that I really needed for the next morning, and they were able to get the project completed asap when I called and explained the situation. I really appreciate the staff here!

So disappointed with how rude the worker was. I emailed something that I needed for work to be printed off and she started harassing me that they were closed and I need to leave the store. They closed at 7:00 and this was 7:03. Apparently she had a long day because they were short staffed. I was out of the store and in my car by 7:04. I apologized for keeping her the extra 4 minutes past 7. However, the same employee complained about being short staffed the last time I was in the store too. So either they overwork their employees here or they just have terrible customer service. Either way I won’t be back
