I have been going here for two years. They change my oil rotate my tires. offer me specials that I don’t even know about. Every worker that I have encountered, there has been polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful and understanding. I’ve gotten estimates on work recently and our spare car for repairing the air conditioning and they were understanding when we declined to repair it because it’s too expensive for a 2008 car that we only need maybe another year. I highly recommend them. I did invest in their credit card because it will give you discounts on your oil changes and car rotation. Please pay these employees well because it is hard to find good workers. And you have a phenomenal front office and management and the mechanics too!

Took my car in for a basic oil change. Had appointment and confirmed all parts were in. Quoted 1 hr for oil change. Here I sit, after 2 hours because they rotated my tires, as you would expect,but they do not have a technician who can figure out how to turn off/reset the tire pressure warning light.
It’s an Audi not a Ferrari. Unbelievable. 2 hrs 15 minutes and counting.
If you’re going to do something, be good at it.

I was told my air filter and carbon filter did not need to be changed and that they were able to still see some light in them. However, when I got home my husband checked both filters and they were very dirty and disgusting.

The only location I trust anymore. Have never had an issue with services, always fast and respectful. Most recent visit was a service drop off, did not have a appointment, but just needed my vehicle waiting there. The team was able to run diagnostics same day and I got back the vehicle the next day. Was not expecting that! Very grateful!

Went in today for a seasonal tire swap. I’ve visited another Firestone location for this service in the past and after a terrible experience I decided to try this location before giving up on the company altogether.
This Plainfield Firestone is leagues ahead of the other location. All of the employees were incredibly professional and friendly, especially Cynthia and Angel. I was out the door in an hour & felt like they took their time with my car. I only needed a tire swap but they also did a courtesy check that inspected things like my brakes, battery, heating/cooling etc. The technician also informed me of a small issue with one of the tires and even marked it and photographed it. I wish I got the techs’ name so I could list it here. Overall great experience at this Firestone and will be back!

A "Test Drive" is required to feel whether the repairs were done correctly and have fixed the problems, in my case, my 2019 MB GLS 450-wheel alignment. I needed to go there twice to get it fixed. spend an hour which I could have done my office work in that time.
Please mandate the test drive after these kinds of fixes are done by the technicians. It is not a part replacement; it is the feeling of how the vehicle drives.
