Came here on 2 separate occasion and had the best customer service with Chinda. He was very helpful and guided me in the right direction. Very satisfied with this place and the customer service I received with him . He went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this place and Chinda for your needs.

Over the last few weeks, my family and I have taken 3 different cars to this location. 2 Sedans and 1 Jeep. Each time we have requested Eddie as he was the most knowledgeable, helpful and personable! He is very straightforward when walking you through the process to ensure you understand everything. He answers any questions or concerns you have and is a kind person to interact with.
Most recently, I had a situation where my bumper bracket had wore out due to wear and tear after being replaced. Eddie figured it out within minutes and quickly set a convenient date & time to get a fix. Upon my arrival, it was fixed within minutes!
Because of Eddie, my family and I will not trust any other shop or Gerber location, we will always return here! Thank you Eddie and Gerber team for the ease of process and the great work you all do!

I can’t say enough good things about Eddie—he was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire repair process for my Mazda after an accident. He kept me informed every step of the way, checking in weekly with updates on progress or any setbacks. It was clear he genuinely cared about getting my car back to me in great shape, and that level of communication and commitment made a stressful situation so much easier. They did a phenomenal job, absolutely love how my car turned out. 10/10 would recommend, I can’t even tell where the damage originally was done. Last place I took my car took forever and you could still see where the dent was created. Gerber completed the same repair in half the time and did an absolutely beautiful job! Thank you!

Gerber Collision and our main contact, Eddie, from the Plainfield shop were absolutely wonderful! The car looks and drives better than before we were hit from behind. Eddie was very thorough and conscientious. We received almost daily updates on estimate, what parts would be needed and delivered, put all back together, and final electronics check once all parts installed. He kept everyone updated, including the insurance company. An accident is never expected and Gerber Collision and Eddie made it as convenient FOR US as possible. This is our 2d time using Gerber (1st time in 1999 from a hit and run.) Then and now 5☆s.

Thank you so much, you all did such an amazing job with my vehicle it was returned in such pristine condition. It doesn’t even look like there was ever damage. My car was also super clean and shinier than it’s ever been! 🤩 I sincerely appreciate how great communication was. Chinda made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and my vehicle was ready before the estimated completion date. I 1000% recommend Gerber collision and glass.

The accident I was in was horrible, but getting it fixed by Gerber was painless! Eddie handled everything and my car was fixed perfectly! I felt the price was fair and everything was done in a timely matter! Would definately recomend!

Very efficient facility. The regular communication by staff and through text messages kept me keenly aware of how my vehicle was doing. Kudos to Eddie and Chinda who explained the processes clearly.
