Stopped at this Goodwill today. Used yo be very organized. Today workers were piling goods on top of goods. Wherever they could pile or push it they did. Very disappointed whatthe store looked like. That's poor management

Place has really gone downhill. I used to enjoy going here. Prices are too high and no more furniture or large items. After questioning what I was donating, I just use amvets now.

I love being able to drop my unwanted items here and drive away knowing someone else will get better use out of it. Better than the stuff being in the landfills.

Great selection of items, donation center easy to drop off at, and friendly staff. Plus it's a great place to support a great mission.

I was impressed with how organized the store was. Easy to shop and find merchandise. Prices were very reasonable. I did not end up buying anything during my visit, but will come back in the future!

This is not the closest Goodwill to my house. The Plainfield store is a new one for me. I enjoy visiting the different stores & checking out the variety of items they have for sale. I usually buy hard goods and many of them are glass.I finished shopping this afternoon & made my way to the register where I was greeted by Mya. She offered to wrap my things (This was nice, as many local Goodwills do not ask this & some even have no paper) She took my number for rewards. We chatted for a minute while she finished up my glass & completed my sale. It is refreshing to have good customer service in this day and age. I appreciate that. Thank you Mya ?

Has really went down hill over the past 2 years. Nothing worthwhile in store since they got rid of furniture and bikes.

These people are ridiculous, changing prices at the cashier, claiming wrong price posted, and then asking to keep your change, good lwill is getting greedy, they need to start to give back to the communities like other businesses instead of just take. Post your stuff for free online or give it to someone in need instead of this greedy corporation.
