I have a unique tax year including an llc that also needed a return completed along with my personal return. Justin helped me out tremendously after what I discovered my accountant from last year did NOT do and that person caused me to owe money. April was very honest in whether or not she felt comfortable in handling my two returns and I appreciate her honesty. (my appt was booked online with her initially)It has been well over 16 years since I was an H&R Block customer and I was hesitant since I have had the same accountant for so long. But they were able to find mistakes and to make sure my returns were gone over with a fine tooth comb.Best money spent !!! I highly recommend their office!

They made an obvious mistake on my taxes. I called them the on it prior to tax date. I was told manager would call me and she didnt. Then she was short and unapologetic for a mistake they made. She said call after the 22nd for amendment at Crest hill and that was it. She said they arent going to charge me for that. I asked her about a late charge from the state and she said "well pay something." Great I paid $330 dollars to have tax professionals tried to convince me I needed to pay when the missed Step 6, line 15. So i paid, caught their mistake, and had to finish it myself. Unbelievable

Ana Villejos is amazing! She is so kind and friendly. I had a somewhat complicated return, and she took great care of me. She answered any question I had and was very thorough in explaining each step of the filing process. She worked so hard to make sure I received any credits/deductions/discounts possible and even stayed a little late to help me finish the return. Highly recommend this H\\u0026R branch!
