I had a great experience at the Jewel-Osco on 1224 S Wabash Ave in Chicago! The store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and bakery items. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I needed assistance finding a specific product. Their deli section is fantastic, with delicious pre-made sandwiches and fresh salads. The prices are reasonable, and I love the weekly deals through their app, which helped me save a good amount. Highly recommend this location for a convenient and pleasant shopping experience!

I visit the pokemon vending machine here pretty frequently and have shopped here for groceries since it’s close to my work and I checked today and they called the COPS on me?! They wrongfully accused me of unplugging the vending machine?? I had to sign a trespassing warning despite never tampering with the machine ever. I have only gotten pokemon rightfully and legally. Assistant director Angela did not want to show me or the cops the evidence and proceeded to hit her vape in front of the exit in people’s faces. Told her to get a life since she refused to show me any evidence despite me holding a bag of groceries I had just paid for there. Sickening things at this location!
ALSO, the employees steal from the pokemon vending machine despite being against company policy I have seen it in front of my face!

Cotton candy grapes 🍇 99 cents @ lbs. Delicious and priced far better than anyone else. Cheap chicken Mondays are unbeatable. Always fresh and gives me a nice break from cooking. As always friendly service. Good as it gets 👌

Cashier missed some my items after I already did payment. I called customer service who said they don’t want to give me back my items missing and returned my money back. I need my items and don’t want to waste my time for shop again. Cashier and Customer service don’t have good responsibility.

You know what I can't stand about Kroger, they purposefully keep low stock of the brands we enjoy to push their Kroger branded (greater profit) products.
