I took my car here a few yrs ago for an oil change, and not to long after the felt covering in the front underside that they had to remove and put back on started falling down and was torn up from the road and had to be removed. Pretty sure they left 1/2 the screws out. A few days ago I brought my Truck in for an oil change before traveling on vacation…. On the way home I noticed half the felt sound shied piece under the truck was now dragging on the ground. I had to crawl under my truck to fasten it back up when we got home. Those pieces need to be removed and put back on to complete the oil change… If you are to lazy, rude, or inexperienced to remove and replace that simple piece as part of your job…. Maybe this isn’t for you. Do better.

Oil filter not attached properly after oil change. Oil leaked all over my driveway, garage etc. until we could get it back to Jiffy Lube. It was fixed but no apology, credit back, or coupon for future services. Nothing. Will obtain services elsewhere next 5K miles.

Pure rip off, if you'd like not to wait just to pay 30$ - 40$ more, and have them dirty you air filter, they just changed mine a month ago and said I needed a new o e and dirtied my old one that I checked before I went in, will be contacting corporate

There's guys have taken care of my oil changes since 11/30/2020, they have been nothing but respectful and ALWAYS done a good job, just had to throw this up here love you guys for taking care of my car!!!!!(it's my baby)

Don't ever bring your car here. Techs are incompetent. First time they forgot a bolt and a pan/heat cover was scraping on the road. Fixed it myself, wasn't 100% sure it was Jiffy Lube so gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. Should have known better. They did it AGAIN! I had to go back and have them secure a bolt to another plastic cover scraping on the ground. Never again will I bring a vehicle to this or any Jiffy Lube. If you can't do the one thing right you're in business for, you shouldn't be in business.

I live in Indiana. I was visiting family on Jan.29, 2024. As I began my drive home my oil light came on. I drove to Jiffy Lube for help. From the moment I walked in, until I left, I had outstanding service. I was helped immediately when I came in. They explained in detail why the light was on. The cap became loose, and they topped the oil off, checked the filter, and tightened the cap. All of this they did at no cost to me. They were happy to help. These men were professional, kind, and considerate. I travel to Illinois about once a month, and feel confident that if I need help again, that this would be the best place to go. I highly recommend them.
