Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to ask if a prescription was available. When I asked if it was generic or name brand, he lost his mind and told me to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional. I’d be weary of anything from that place.

I'm reposting my thoughts and reviews with this pharmacy because the owner responded by a bad review I put out about something he did after he had been nice to me and my mom I couldn't believe it I was hurt by it and I have moved on but he didn't respond to my endless calls about my medication even my doctor tried to and the nurses who are at the medical center Mr.Calvin ignored everything and then he responds by saying I had troubles I did and it was him that troubled me I didn't understand why he didn't send my medication to me so my Blood pressure would be fine during the days so I'm just saying this to you I could've gotten sick and had a stroke my health is very important to me and for you to ignore me was wrong I went to a pharmacy that goes above and beyond for their clients that's what kinda pharmacy I Love to be at and I found it to be very relaxing and less stressful than it ended up being at K&J Global even my doctor stated that what he was doing was unacceptable so I did take the post down I just wanted him to feel the hurt I felt at that time and I believe that its time to forgive his actions so no more bad post I've moved on but í will never forget what was done. Thanks for your help and thanks for sending me to some wonderful people🙏

New customer, have tried over a week to get my prescription and they’re never open, and can’t even leave a voicemail because the memory is full. Was trying to support a local business but unfortunately I can’t recommend

I would give a zillion stars to this pharmacy if I could. I recently switched over from Walgreens, where I had gone for literally my whole life. I have 2 medications that can be difficult to fill and find. K &J'S pharmacist was so kind and knowledgeable, he remembered who I was 2 days after I called the first time! I was stunned, I had grown used to chain pharmacies and them being so annoyed and stressed when they answer. K&J helped call and get our insurance prescription card straightened out, it was so nice to be helped for a change. This will remain my pharmacy for the future and Ill be switching over for my whole families needs. Best pharmacy ever!!

I prefer independent businesses over chains, and K&J Global Pharmacy is one of the few independent pharmacies in the area. Kelvin is the owner, he is very agreeable and helpful, I have found they accept most insurance plans and they even will deliver to your door for free. I have insurance, but I hear he will work with people who are without.He also offers Covid-19 testing and inoculations, and even the new Paxlovid Covid-19 Treatment.He provides most vaccines for families, and will bill your insurance. Saves time as there is seldom a long wait, something rarely said about many urgent care or doctor's offices.All things considered, Kelvin at K&J has earned 5 stars, not only by being extremely knowledgeable, but just by being nice.
