I was paying ~1800 every 6 months for a 20 year old pick up truck. I figured, hey I've had accidents and I got myself a speeding ticket... My fault!
Nope, actually, progressive is going to give me insurance with higher coverages for just under 900 every 6 months.
How'd they save me 2000 dollars a year?? Outrageous.

Horrible service after an accident that was not my fault. It’s 6 months and they still are not clearing it. Called agency several times to get some support and they seem very not caring. I thought I was in good hands. Stay away from Allstate.

I contacted this agency while quoting a few insurance companies, I left my previous one because of their lack of good customer service which is extremely important to me, I initially spoke with Alex whom was very informative and respectful, willing to listen to my needs and frustration (searching for the best company for you can be very frustrating), I had to get back to him after speaking to my husband, Alex was very understanding and I didn’t felt any pressure to bring my business to this agency, we agreed this was the best option and called him (Alex) again almost at closing time, he picked up the phone right away and was willing to process our request as new customers. I later emailed a couple of times with Kevin, same thing very respectful, informative, willing to help.A few days ago I needed to make a change on one of our vehicles, I spoke with Kyle and the change was done in no time, very helpful, I emailed him today regarding another change, he got back to me in a couple of minutes. I honestly feel very comfortable and happy with the treatment we are getting at Kevin Rouse, I value my time very much and I highly appreciate when things are done in a timely manner, I feel respected as a customer and grateful to be able to speak with actual humans and people that you can reach whenever is needed, not like my previous insurance that had me speaking to a random representative in some place in the USA.I recommend their services, so far it has been great to us.

Once this guy has your money you will never talk to him again. If you have a claim his staff will not help you at all . They are rude, incompetent and could care less about you.

Horrible customer service wanted to switch insurance companies after getting a better quote somewhere else. After I told them I was switching, they were very rude and did not want me answer my questions regarding a refund especially front service named Carlie. Would not recommend after this experience.

Don't bother.I have been an Allstate customer since getting my driving license. Aside from constantly denying claims, then raising rates, I was directed to the claims number to submit a recent matter. The claims number is fully automated and then suggests you go online to submit. I went online to submit, then the site said I need to call in my claim.I can give another detailed story to skip All State Motor Club too.
