I wish I had found Klover and Company sooner. They knocked my tax needs out-of-the-park. They responded to me quickly, answered questions and explained things in easy-to-understand terms, and were incredibly patient with me. A+ service with a smile! I highly recommend.

I have rescheduled my repayment a couple of times due to hardship circumstances, once confirmed by Klover I thought I was set. five times now they have taken money from my account early. Poor customer service, no regard for clients and they lie constantly.

Needed a new tax preparer this year and went with the local company with not much background info going in. I can honestly say, after years of filing taxes with multiple different companies/CPS’s, Klover will have my business going forward. They are responsive, professional, and informative every step of the way. I look forward to using their services in the future and as a local Plainfield resident, I’m glad there is such top notch, high level service right in our downtown area regardless of if you’re a small business or filing a single income tax return, the level of attention and dedication is matched.

Klover did not do our taxes accurately resulting in a big I.R.S. bill sent to me that was not accurate. I called to ask for help and was left to fix on my own. After resolving with the I.R.S. I sent an email to Klover asking for compensation of services not performed accurately nor helping to resolve as I had to mail in all missing documents not identified by Klover when filing. They would not mail in the forms or write the letter to the IRS admitting their mistake. I did not get a response from the email sent to Klover. I then filed a complaint with the BBB. Still no response from Klover.
