I bought a gun safe for $900 off the floor and it was in perfect condition. They loaded it into my van with a box over it and the bottom open. When we got it home and took off the box it was scratched up all over the back and bottom. My husband called to complain and they blamed us. They know they did it. Super shady. Not super friendly either except for one young guy working the desk for the range. Wish I could remember his name.

I have spent quite a bit of money here across the last 24 years. I have also brought many people i introduced to the shooting sports here for purchases within those years. Today I am likely to no longer do business here ever again. I met a friend here (who I brought here on multiple occasions) as she was picking up her second pistol purchased from this "business". She had already passed her background check and mandatory 3 day waiting period was over days earlier. They terminated her sale and refunded her money because another car, that had nothing to do with her, was "moving around" in the parking lot. The sales people are knowledgeable and friendly and I have nothing against them. The manager though, has broken my confidence in this place and so I will take mine, and my friends and family business elsewhere. Congratulations, you have lost a lot of future business today!If I could give zero stars in this review I would.

Don't waste your time! My wife was looking for blanks for a starter gun. Not helpful at all. Ignored us, rude, not at all friendly, and surely not a warm welcome into the store. They weren't busy. We got the hint we weren't welcome, so we left. No acknowledgement when we walked out. Zero stars if I could. I usually don't do reviews, but I felt it was necessary to warn people. It's just a matter of time before there arigence will shut there doors.

Great selection,place is enormous. The staff I give them a C-. Only person that was cheerful and helpful was the greeter with the Cowboy hat. Also 1 other guy who seemed to be a manager. Everyone one else just seemed that they hated to be at work and that they had to help you. Besides that it's a good place to stop a purchase some items.

Listen to all of the bad reviews and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! The gentleman, Scott, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He also decided to make up a law. He tried to tell me I must have a driver's license to purchase a firearm and that my state ID and FOID card (both valid and with matching addresses) were not sufficient. When I told him I didn't have a DL, he said "oh well". Save your time and money- just go to Cabellas. Prices are cheaper and they follow the law

Terrible customer service, white guy has been behind the gun counter spent the whole time gossiping to his boyfriend about ILLEGALS and window installations. instead of helping a LEGAL veteran and his wife buy her first gun. Should of listened to the reviews but no I’m always a firm believer of supporting stores yet this store is just trash. Big selection of guns but what good is it if you’re salesmen are racist trash.

Horrible store. Employees are clueless and should be flipping burgers instead of selling firearms. Take your money elsewhere.

Stopped in look and ask a question. Was talked to like I was a child and not a grown man. I have no problem following rules but it’s all about how you approach and speak to someone. Employees should be working fast food. Do not spend your time or money here. There are plenty of other shops to support.

Used to come here all the time, but I stopped in 2020 because the employees were so rude during covid. Well, tried going in there again, and they're even worse! I will not be back.

Just purchased a new rifle and the transaction couldn't have been smoother. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. As for the store, its kinda the sams club of guns and gun accessories. Great place to go.

I was very unhappy with how this company does business. I was foid carded at the door, told absolutely no phone use in store for any reason, and if I wanted to hold or speak to one of the employees at the gun counter. I had to first stand in a separate line away from the counter and wait to be called on, then verify my foid card once again before anything was discussed. And if these rules were not followed, I would be told to leave the store. The reasons that were given for all of this service are due to the store not wanting "Straw purchases " being done. I will never give them any of my time or money. No one there welcomed us or even asked if they could help find what I was looking for.
