The sales staff was very helpful answering my questions and pointed out where the items I had seen online were located. They left me to browse, and came back in a few minutes to answer more questions. Once i selected an item, they help place it on a take home hanger and put it in a covering bag. The service was what I have come to expect at DXL, always polite and helpful.”

They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction.They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”

“I went into the Fox Valley Mall location today to buy my boys their first skateboards. Josh the store manager was a great help. I do not know much about skateboards, but Josh took time to show my boys the different types of boards that they offered and allowed them to try them out. He also fit my kids for protective gear. It was one of the best customer experiences I have had in a while and I would highly recommend going to Zumiez in the Fox Valley Mall for any skateboarding needs.”

I bought a long, down, duster coat a couple of weeks ago, and Jacks took the time to place the order over the phone for me, since my size was not in stock. She even made sure that I received the additional discount that I had earned as a rewards member. The coat arrived, and I wasn’t sure if I liked the fit, so I brought it into the store today. Jacks gave me her honest opinion, that it was too bulky on me, and then she suggested a different cost style and had me try it on. The coat she suggested fit beautifully, and I bought it on the spot. Be sure to ask Jacks for help because she knows the products inside and out, and truly has your best interest at heart!”
