“I took in a pair of Jordan golf shoes that were extremely muddy and the cloth around the ankle very stained. When I picked them up they looked brand new again. Will be bringing all of my shoes here.”
“Large store with a great selection of shoes and boots and such for the whole family. Usually have what we are looking for. Lots of selection for Sketchers brand here, which does me no good as I will never plan to purchase products from Sketches again for anyone in the family. We have had a few pairs and they never hold up as well as other brands.

Still a well stocked and organized store. We typically leave with what we came shopping for, so that's a win in my book!”

“Writing this review due to the outstanding service i got from an employee as this is the first time I have ever shopped at Journeys! Before I had come in I witnessed a customer get very mad at the lady that was just trying to help get her a shoe which the customer proceeded to call the employee racist. When i walked in that same employee helped me and she was so very kind and in no way did i feel she was racist at all! I had felt so bad for the way she was treated but even after that she treated me with such kindness and positivity! Great customer service! I didn’t catch her name but I will be coming back because of her! These are the shoes i got!”
“I had a pleasant experience at this sports clothing store. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful, assisting me in finding the right sizes for both footwear and clothing. They were also patient and responsive to all of my questions, which I truly appreciated.
The only downside was the limited selection for younger children, as there were no clothing options for ages 4–6 and no football (soccer) sets available. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the overall shopping experience was positive.”

“Nicole was so awesome and helpful! I’m unfortunately extremely petite and have a very difficult time finding clothes that fit me, but Loft actually carries a lot of clothes in petite sizing. Bought several tops and a few pairs of pants because I need salon appropriate attire. Nicole was super sweet and found me so many options. I only wish the measurements on the pants were a little more accurate because I get my clothes custom made a lot, so I know my measurements but sadly Loft’s measurements are a little off. They sadly didn’t carry a 23 inch waist (I’m a 24) so if you know your waist measurements maybe go down one inch. I felt like the tops were pretty true to size though and very flattering on me.”

“KD helped me get my usual work shoe,(black af1's, pointed out that the all black leather af1's dropped recently, so i endulged, worked with me well, recommended a few Nike shirts and nailed the size, he's a good obeservant, (honestly he suggested a size down but that was I bet a part of his gig to lower my guard and worked well not gunna lie) but my shopping experience was friendly, swift, and enjoyable.”

“Our customer service representative call me immediately (on vacation) and informed me that Christopher was not happy that we made a custom patch for his vest. We were concerned that embroidering directly on the vest would prevent protective plates from being installed correctly. I called Christopher and informed him we were crediting him in full for the work and would remove the patch and name plate and embroider directly onto the vest free of charge. Christopher thanked me for refunding the money we agreed on a plan of action to rectify the issue.”
