There is no parking, the security at the entrance is not friendly, registration at the entrance is very long, at least 15-20 minutes.

when you’ve been driving 12 hours to get this load to the facility and then they hold you almost 1 hour just to check in
this is really bad and slow
security guards have so much paperwork to fill out and then place stupid magnet on the trailer

I went today for pickup load .it's was very smooth trip check in 9.04pm check out 10.45pm .1hour whole process for pickup lpad .they v waight scale inside the facility.

Arrived @ 11:30 for a 12pm appt. Got loaded at 4pm and this is what their scale reads. 81120 Waste of my time.
Edit: it gets worse. They shifted the weight forward instead of taking weight off. Now I’m back at the dock waiting to get the weight taken off and hopefully not be overweight on the drives. So rude woman sitting there at check out

When you get to facility, stay in left 3 lanes to check in. Have your 104 or 105 PO# ready along with destination city and state and License. The guards at the shack will take your info and license. When the gate arm raises, go collect your license and check in sheet. They will assign a door immediately. Slide tandems to the back, open your doors and dock. When you get the green light, pull ahead, close your doors, and drive around building to checkout. Scale for free before stopping at Guard Shack. They will print your paperwork there and seal your trailer. Drive safe.

So if you look in the my mirror you will see a truck that they made him back up all the way out for whatever reason. So who ever is in charge of this place has came up with that illogical way of dealing with a trucker that may have or not needed to be here, and told him to back all the way out INSTEAD OF A MUCH SAFER WAY IN LETTING HIM PULL IN TURN AROUND AND EXIT BACK OUT! but they forced 2 other truckers to back up to let him back up out of the line. That person has no clue in making such simple decisions.
