Been going to mpg for about 4 years and have made tons of progress due to mpgs great equipment and atmosphere. The new location is very well equipped and very neat and clean. Mpg is a second home to me and will continue to go there for a long time.

Came here for a lifting competition. Staff was super friendly, bathrooms were cleaned and stocked with women’s hygienic items. Clean and open environment with air conditioning (THANK GOODNESS)
MPG Fitness features a wide variety of functional equipment with an emphasis on athletic development and strength training. We also have a full selection of strongman and power-lifting equipment, and cater to all goals. We aren"t like a commercial gym, we care about you and our facility.
