First timer & these nail techs definitely are excellent in what they do. They are kind, considerate, and gentle. They took the time to listen to my & my daughters desires & made it happen. Definitely will be coming back. Great business.

I'm satisfied with the efficiency of service, the cleanliness , and the comfortable atmosphere.
Also, the convenient location.
Brian is my tech that applies powder to my manicure and he seriously does an excellent job.
Today Nathan did my nails, very satisfied.
Cleanliness: Work areas are organized & well sanitized after each customer.

Everyone is so talented & friendly. I highly recommend them!
Requested style: Gel fill with almond shaped nails. They never look "thick".
Stylist: Brian is great! I've been going to this salon for almost 5 years & have never been disappointed.

Hidden little gem, the parking is in the back.Soft, comfortable atmosphere, pleasing spa music, EXTREMELY nice staff. I'm a fairly big dude and I was wearing a kilt, and unlike 99% of other nail places I've been to, no one batted an eye or outwardly judged me for asking for color on my nails.And JFC, I cannot believe there are people complaining that they're asking customers to pay in cash AND provide an ATM that has a ONE DOLLAR FEE. Y'all need to do some research into how badly CC companies take advantage of small businesses. Paying an extra dollar to avoid Visa stealing 3.5 - 6% of the total balance seems worth it to me.

I use Nail Care regularly, but today I needed to come in on a day I never come at a time that is not when I come. I called at almost noon and requested a 3 o'clock appointment. They accommodated me and mercer made me feel like I was an imposition.
