Banan gave outstanding customer service located at Oreilly auto parts 23909 W135th street, Plainfield, Ill. I needed a winter set of blades and asked for installation at 9;00 am ( i hurt my hand making Thanksgiving). I always find the correct part in-stock when I need it and help out with servicing the car. OReilly will always get my business. JTK Morrissey

About 5 weeks ago I bought a new battery from a different store for my bike. A few days ago I rode it up to the Meijer store next door to do some shopping. I know these powersport batteries can be finicky at best and very very rarely do they last over a few years, but this particular one seemed to be getting exponentially worse. Needless to say my bike did not start and I was stranded there. I took the battery out and walked to this O'Reilly across the parking lot and got a new battery. Hopefully this one is better than the last one. Sam was very helpful and understanding of the situation and even offered to give me a jump start if I needed it. 5 stars and hats off to the service..

This place is the best Auto parts store in town. Very honest and great customer service. I had to replace my Range Rover Evoque head lights. Firestone gave me an estimate of $ 285 for each light plus $ 100 for replacing them, a total of $ 700. They gave me the best LED lights for $100 for 2 and Kevin put them in for free, so my total cost $100 and saved $600

Won't come back. I advise all to steer clear from this location. I'd rather drive 40 min one way to the last Carquest in Bridgeview near Oketo Ave than come here again.Reason: The arrogant tool of a kid with the ear rings who thinks he knows all will patronize you and claim your wrong about anything automotive related. Rather than shutting up and listening to what people have to say. Doesn't he realize he's supposed to bring in customers and sell parts? Probably not. He's going to instead tell you what you need like he's a professional. Ha! Okay Jr.As a 12+ year professional in the automotive industry, Wyotech Graduate ASE Master Technician, Machinist & Tooling Certified, and have a Masters in Mechanical Engineering... 7 years of education, I was shocked at the lack humility... You can't teach someone to be humble...Yes my car burns oil, ethanol with a tune WILL do that. No, it's not my turbo seals, because it's been rebuilt. No, my timing belt doesn't need replacement, it was done 25k ago, but rather than ask me when I did it, he tells me I need to do it based on my miles. (Ignorant strike 1-5)Then I elaborate I know what I'm doing by a handful of projects I've been a part of with the race shop I have partnered with and personally built. But again he tells me ford's coyote engine is the best thing ever and all others aren't worth putting money into. I explain you can do just as good or better for less even with a junkyard engine and modification. But nope, I'm 1000% wrong according to this tall glass of piss.If he sat down and looked at the expense of a side by side comparison to build one next to a chevy engine, he would know the 4k difference in budget. (Ignorance strike elevendy at this point) Motor Trend Engine Masters, check it out, they do a side by side build off comparison and prove this.I digress... I left the store with a simple comment of, "Okay, says the parts guy..." not to discredit or talk down upon anyone else who works there... but this kid with his Ford vehicles he's so fond of to a toxic degree, and his girlfriend's alleged dodge dart that he claims is just like my Abarth 500... (which it isn't when you do the research, but he knows all things) He truly needs to change his attitude and perspective, you won't succeed being that way. I willingly share my knowledge and experience, and this is my experience at this store. Rest assured I won't be back.Carquest has experienced guys that have been in the industry and retired and work there to help. Diametrically different perspective when you hire young bucks who don't know a thing, but will go out of their way to grind your gears. Psh, never again.

Great auto parts place, and the best thing is that they take your used oils without the BS of giving you the containers back like other places.
