What an amazing experience my wife and I had today with Dr New and the crew (Burberry, Versace and Nike). The entire staff was so helpful in answering all our questions and put us at ease. I definitely recommend this office for all your vision needs. What a refreshing start to our day.

UNPLEASANT& IGNORANT EMPLOYEE BREANNAFirst time customer, found this business on line while looking for an eye exam and a shop with better frames. I first saw Dr. Gregory New, very professional and attentive, got the eye exam and in 2 weeks or so picked up the new glasses. Better frames choice than other shops I have visited in the past. The prescription was a little off. Vehicles appeared closer than they were when in traffic, making me feel unsafe to wear them. Headaches were a daily occurrence so I stopped wearing them. Went back and was seen by Breanna because Dr. Gregory New was not available. Had very UNPLEASANT experience with that employee. She became louder as soon as she realized i had an accent. An advice to Breanna: people with accents may speak multiple languages and are not hearing impaired!I stated the issue and she asked to show her how I wear the glasses and how I turn my head to look at vehicles when in traffic. She jumped out of her shoes in an Aha moment and concluded that I wear the glasses lower on my nose. Also, she stated the prescription for the glasses was low enough that it should not be causing any issues. Breanna, I didn’t buy the glasses for bird watching, but for everyday wear. We went back and forth and she finally accepted(not agreed with) my concerns.Another advice to Breanna: practicing a customer-centric approach of listening to clients’ needs means gaining loyalty, earning positive word of mouth, happier clients and increased sales!In 2 weeks time I got the glasses with the changed prescription and they were just great! $250 well spent!I would definitely recommend Dr. Gregory NewAnd would NEVER recommend Breanna!!!

1. This is not a doctor! He scanned my previous glasses (5 years old) and made adjustment not based on the tools he used that exam my vision. I ended up back to his office twice and had 3 prescriptions.2. I ordered the progressive glasses and the reading line is so low. If I tried to read a document, I have to lift my head extra 15 degree up. I ended up to request them to fix it. They said they did but it did not fix the problem (I do not know what they said was true).3. The store did not follow the Optical (glasses) Industrial norm. When the time you go there to pick up your glasses, they did not ask you to put it on to try, and did not inform you that you have 30 days to try and return it if you do not satisfy the glasses and they will refund you.My conclusion is these fellows are not professionals! Do not go there and try other stores.

Drs. are nice but the manager is argumentative and doesn't know how to deal with customers in a constructive manner. Will be pulling my entire family out of this practice.

Doctors are great I would've given this a higher rating if the front desk wasn't so crappy the two ladies do nothing but sit and gossip answering personal calls/texting. Giving attitude when speaking to patients etc. Overall completely unprofessional. Complete waste of money my glasses came in and were too large for my face and bent I asked to have them fixed and was told nothing could be done.

Dr. New is AMAZING. Everyone was super helpful and nice. Dr. New was thorough in his explanations and ensured to address all of my concerns and welcomed all of my questions. Best eye doctor I’ve ever had. The woman who assisted me today went through all the prices for the different options that I had in terms of what my insurance will pay and what I would have to pay out-of-pocket. She did the calculations with me. She explained everything thoroughly and it was super helpful — and rare at a doctor’s office. The contacts that I got today are the best contacts I’ve ever had and they fixed and tightened my glasses in store for free. Thank you so much!

Since moving to the Plainfield/Naperville area in 2020 I have been using this location. I can be a bit high maintenance when I comes to my eye care. I always leave here very pleased. Excellent selection at a fair price with exceptional customer care. Go see our friend Judy!!!

I went for anual vision test and for glasses and contacts I pick it up my glasses couple weeks later the blond lady wasn’t very helpful she told me I can pick up the trial contacts in two week and they will call me. Never received any call by when I called they don’t have it yet and reordered after 3 months I called again and reordered again hope this time I have good news.

Never go to this store for glasses! Without exaggerating I can say that the the service rendered by the Staff is so bad as to be indescribable. Words cannot express the offensively bold and disrespectful behavior of the staff and manager the moment you have a problem with your glasses. Once you buy their junk, superficially good but practically worthless, the people at this store all but laugh at you for being so easily persuaded and deceived. When the frame of my glasses broke a few months after buying them, the response to my request for help which mesnt a little additional effort was an astonishingly contemptuous pride and absurd self-importance. Not only did they refuse to help me, they came up with some loophole so that they would not have to honor the one-year warranty I had purchased. And all this after I had spent hundreds of dollars on glasses in their shop just a few months earlier! Unless you want to go through a terrible experience followed by aggressively challenging behavior at even the mildest request for help, stay away from this store like you would a plague as contagious as Covid and as lethal as Ebola.

Please do NOT come this store! I spent almost $800 to get a pair of so-called high-end glasses they recommended about a year ago. It has been nothing but trouble from the very beginning: One month after the purchase, the arms of the glasses became loose; three months later, the rubber bands at the end of the arms slid off. Now the whole glasses broke into two pieces from the bridge portion. In the whole process the manager and the store didn't help at all and rude! They are so incompetent are real cheaters! So disappointing!

So I was seen two weeks ago to update my contact lense prescription. The doctor was cordial and nice however the rest of the employees were very cold and not very friendly. I went through my exam and the doctor altered my prescription a bit. I was then seated back in the front with one of the ladies as she went through the cost of the contact lense purchase. I said we'll don't I get a trial pair. She said we no longer keep trails in store but I can add them to the order. As I'm thinking what's the point of a trial pair, which I have never not been given at another chain eye doctor, if I'm already ordering a supply of what might end up being incorrect. So a week later my lenses arrive and you guessed it, they aren't the right base curve and diameter! I call back to report the lenses will not work out and I'm told my only recourse is to come back in to have another look with the doctor and they will change things as needed. This is Monday and go figure again but that same doctor won't be in until Friday. So my only hope is that she gets it right the second time around and then I have to wait another week for the lenses to arrive again! So we're looking at a solid month at this point before I have hope to get into the correct lenses. This is completely unacceptable and talking to the employees on the phone and in the store makes me feel like they don't really care that they've inconvenienced me greatly and thats just the breaks. The customer service is something that will keep me from ever using this place again once these issues are solved and I finally get my 6 month order of the right lenses! I can't see here people!
