I was first happy with how spacious this place was- considering I was signing up my infant and 3 year old full time. I have come to love this place more and more as time goes on! They are SO GOOD with the kids. My 3 year old asks to go there on the weekends. (thats how much she loves it there) lol. My infant is always so well taken care of and they are so helpful at making sure she is hitting her monthly milestones! Logging each feeding, changing, and naps. I am unbelievably thankful I found this place for my two girls. The teachers and staff are so amazing!!!!!!! Nothing better than knowing your children are in good hands

Great staff, we switched from another daycare because staff was always on phones and kids hated it. Here they want to go. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I wish they had cameras on the rooms so we could check in amd see the kids. But this place is clean and run very well

Kindercare Plainfield takes such amazing care of my kiddos. They are on top of everything, make daycare fun, and ensure the safety and well-being of the children in their care. I appreciate all of their hard work and would be completely lost without them.

KinderCare of Plainfield is wonderful for my children. They are an attentive, caring staff that communicates exceptionally well. My kiddos love going to daycare. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Kindercare has put my mind at ease about leaving my kids in a center. They have an app that allows you to see what your kid(s) are doing during the day if the teacher updates it. Kids are happy about going but hate being picked up.

4 years with this center and its still amazing! I'm extremely happy with how they handled Covid and never even closed. Its a relief to have reliable care especially since I am an essential worker. Thank you to everyone at the Plainfield KinderCare! You are life savers!

Plainfield KinderCare has an awesome staff that works hard with all students. I noticed improvements in my daughter. She is starting to read and write on her own.

I was cut off by their bus driver when dropping my kids off at timber ridge elementary school almost every other morning. I called to address it with the daycare and I was greeted with attitude with the lady trying to argue with me on the phone. UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT LET THEM DROP OFF YOUR KIDS.

My son has been enrolled at this Kindercare since he was 9 months old (hes almost 3.5 years now) the entire staff are so great with him & all the kids. My son has advanced immensely in his development. The directors are amazing and if you have any questions they are quick to answer. It's very apparent they care about their facility and the teachers are passionate about their job. My son LOVES going everyday and makes me (as a fulltime working mom) feel confident that I made the right decision in choosing this center to send my son for early childcare.

Love them, and Mrs. Julie... amazing center. So much improvement always and the care put into these babies is amazing. S/o to Ms Jasmine as she is amazing, treats babies as her own and executed an excellent curriculum perfectly while keeping such a beautiful room.

The teachers we have had are amazing. Patient, caring, and loving. Directors and teachers take the time to get to know the child and their story. Everyone greets you by name. They're also right next door to a firehouse, which is a huge plus.

We have been there most 5 years. Great experience for both my kiddos. The teachers are extremely patient and my kids have learned so much! So thankful for such a safe place to care for them.

Never kept the legal student to teacher ratio. Daughter was abused, came home with bruises that looked like fingers on her forearm. Director of school denied that it happened at school. Few days later saw my child’s teacher abusing another child in a manner that would leave bruises on an arm. She was fired within next few days. When we left there was a current employee who would drag kids around my the wrist and yell at them. Nothing has been done about this after multiple complaints. Keep in mind these are 2-3 year olds and when you tell a 2 year old to go sit down, it might take them a minute to process. She would just grab the kid and forcefully sit them down. Also the main classroom leaders (teachers) are a revolving door. Some only lasting a few weeks, usually by the time my child got used to their teacher, we would find out teachers Leaving.
