This is the worst place I have ever dealt with I was in a spot and had no credit and they could get me a loan so I went through then now reading through my papers they charged me 400 for accessories which I never got and never agreed too I didn't sign that paper or anything it was mixed in with everything else I will be talking to my lawyer about this as well as the extended warranties they made me buy I said no to the gap coverage but was still charged these are some real scammers beware

Bought a car less than a year ago and already had to put 5000 of work into it already and paid for all the extended warranties which were scams and they made me buy them as part of the loan agreement now the car needs a new engine and superior protection plan won't cover it and after all the warranties were added on I now owe more than the car is worth as well as losing the money for all the repairs I've had done if you guys wanna buy it back let me know 🤣

Talked to them for a cpl days about purchasing a 14 Ram 2500. Talked to them on the phone before I made the 4.5 hr drive and asked if there was any body damage/rust and was told more than once that the body was good and had no damage. So went to the bank and got a check for $13995 and drove 4.5 hrs just to look at a truck that had been spray painted in spots, front fender was dented and creased all the way across, box on the passenger side had a big dent and a spot that had been repaired and spray painted. The drivers side also had a bunch of dents and was spray painted along the bottom and it wasn't a good spray paint cause it had bubles and runs. So after 9hrs total drive time, a day away from work all I did was waste my time and get lied to. Will never even consider talking to these ppl

We did not purchase a car from this dealer, however the customer service was not great, and the dealership itself was dirty and not presentable. They already left a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning when the worker made a racist assumption about my husband. We test drove a car, and it was very dirty on the inside, it had garbage in the center console, and a random t-shirt in the back seat. I used the bathroom while we were there and it was terrible. They had an open pack of napkins to be used for toilet paper, and there was a straight razor blade, as well as thumb tacks on the counter. It is a very small dealership, so I was not expecting it to have all of the bells and whistles as the big name dealership, but if it were me I would at the very minimum make your space, and the car you're trying to sell, look presentable.

I had a great experience from beginning to end with Cesar. From the time I steeped into their lot I felt that he was transparent, and truly trying to help me. I bought a Honda Odyssey from Plainfield Motors three years ago for a great price/value and we are still driving the car around. We have done tons of trips to Michigan on it and the car is still driving great. I would definitely recommend Plainfield Motors with Cesar and his team. I would be afraid of going anywhere else to buy a used car. Plainfield Motors is where is at.
