Overall was a good experience until I was yelled at by the gentleman doing my nails. I had asked for French acrylics and while he was painting them, I noticed the white part was too thick. I let him know and showed him a picture of what I liked - he proceeded to wipe the french tip off of my nails, storm away, then storm back to yell at me - “NO FRENCH TIP. ONLY TOP COAT”. Then again stormed away while yelling to his coworkers.
I appreciate the damage control that was put in place (I was reassured by the nice woman doing my pedicure + had someone else finish my french tips), but overall feel that was unacceptable behavior. This was a really special set I was getting for my honeymoon and was hoping for a relaxing experience. Please learn to treat your customers with kindness.

The place was nice, clean and very friendly. They weren't able to color match between my pedi and no chip mani and had to choose a different color that they could. My no chip mani chipped the day after. I was able to get it fixed with no issue, but it chipped again the following day different finger. I have never experienced this with a no chip. Unfortunately, I will not go back
