I had an excellent experience working with Eric from Professional Radon Systems. What impressed me most was his expertise and deep knowledge about radon testing and mitigation. Professional Radon Systems installed our mitigation system upon moving into our new house. The work was timely and met the quote they provided us. The mitigation system has done exactly what its supposed to and has us happy there. We have recommended them to our neighbors and were recently told they will be looking to get their property done soon.

Highly recommend! We lived out of state and needed an estimate before purchasing a home. Shannon Kampf, the office manager, had someone go out that same day, as we were under a strict timeline. She made it so easy to do everything remotely! We had been told by another company that the system had to be on the outside of the home, which is not allowed in our community. The company figured out how to make it work, and did the work in a timely manner! Shannon is a miracle worker! Thanks!

We just installed a radon reduction system. The work was completed by Profession Radon Systems and was a 5 star effort! The team of Alex and Sean arrived as scheduled and they then prepared our home for the system install. The team was very knowledgeable, handled all of our questions and concerns and completed a rather complex instillation (due to the tightness of the area on the side of our home because of two air conditioning units). The President and owner of the firm (Eric) submitted a thorough proposal and came to our home twice to give us confidence in the instillation. Just spoke to Shannon. I requested that they come out to just make sure the system was running properly. Rather than charge me, she recommended that I just get a test kit and call them back if it showed any kind of elevated levels. She spent quite a bit of time on the phone explaining everything to me with patience and humor. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Pro Radon Systems! From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Their team really took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions (and I had a lot!), and made sure the system was installed efficiently.
I appreciated how they accommodated a reschedule as well. Then on the day of the job, they arrived on time, they kept the workspace clean, and were respectful of my home throughout the project. We have a century home so what stood out most was the clear recommendations based on our home's needs and style. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

Very happy I chose Professional Radon Systems to install a mitigation system in my home. The owner, Eric Lewandowski, met with me the same day I contacted them and sent the work proposal later the same day. He spent time educating me about radon and the work they would do in my home to mitigate it. When I contacted them to schedule the work, they were able to fit me into their schedule within a few days. My home was just retested, and the radon levels dropped from over 40 p/CiL to about 1 p/CiL. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs to have a mitigation system installed.
