The staff in Purple Plum Inc. is very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answering questions and help with issue. The shop have a huge selection of anime figures, plushies, wigs and licensed things, all decently priced. Family feel welcome with great service and the abillity to order online or in store. Parents know the knowledgeable staff, and son or daughter enjoy tons of plush and things they love. The experience is excellent and easily earned five stars.

I just want to say how awesome the employees are here. Always great to my daughter there and its all smiles there with fun music and cool product. I highly suggests this store to anyone into anime. I hope this helps and cheers to the staff!

the workers or owners here, not sure, they are awsome. they help so much, and they understand very quickly what you are looking for and help you. they are very friendly and they have SO much in stock. i am so glad i found this store..... spent so much money here.
