Been bringing my old mixed breed boy here for nail trim/ filing for years (he’s almost 12). He loves coming here. Andrea does an incredible job on his nails (no sound on hard floor after & he’s a pacer). I’ve read some shit reviews on PfP. Take those w a grain of salt & go see for yourself. I love bringing Norm here & see nothing but quality grooming from smiling groomers on happy pups while he gets his pedicure.

I have been taking my fur baby since she was 3 months old. Now 8 yrs later still taking her there. Very happy with the overall service and always taking care of my baby! Clean and flexible appointments. I will definitely ? recommend this small local business.

Please read this review before you bring your pet here. This is very low level pet spa, poorly maintained place with messy booking and high prices.
I wish I paid more attention to the reviews. After using their service I’m wondering where all those good reviews coming from? They provide probably the worst service I’ve ever had with the dog spa.
I started with booking online appointment with the specific groomer for a dog wash. Price for the service was $50.
On arrival I was charged for $67(probably tips are charged upfront) and wash appeared to be SELF wash. $67 for a self wash! I did not expect that.
After some time they figured out that regular wash with a groomer would be around $90.
After all this I had to leave still paying $26 for a 3 minutes nail trim(just because groomer already started it)

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. Been going here for 10 years, made an appointment for 3/9, appointment booked, get a phone call a few hours later asking if we would like to take our 4 1/5 lb toy poodle to another groomer.
Perplexed by this question we asked why would we do that when we made arrangements and booked with them earlier that day, with no reason given except for word fumbling and evasive answering. This is when I started recording the conversation. I asked specifically if they were telling me that they wouldn’t take my dog in on the 3/9, a simple yes or no answer that they couldn’t answer.
Apparently the young girl at the front desk was tasked by a groomer to call us that refused to give us her name, was upset because we voiced our concern some time ago about my poodles tail Pom that was cut off by them at a prior groom almost a year ago.
I stated that their mistake, that we pay for with a tip on top of it is not my fault but is on them to make right going forward. This is not a free service, we pay an average of $70 every time we go there and we’ve been going there for 10 years without issue.
The groomer, who wouldn’t say her name as well, was very rude and just ignorant and said that we came in there screaming at them about the Pom, which is untrue. Then hung up on us. This is when I gave up, I’m done.
Love something or a service tell a friend, get bad service or product, tell the world. We asked for the owner to reach out to us regarding this situation with no response what so ever. I will tell everyone I know about this place and to avoid. I might post the recording of the conversation on social media, but honestly I don’t want to give this place a second of my thought or my time.

rude groomer will not return. Tried to tell us had to shave when told not to. There was no reason to do so.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. I just picked up my dog and his front paw was bleeding! The owner groomed him. When I brought him back for help she acted as if this was no big deal and it was the pavements fault, then it was my fault because they try to get the nails as short as possible for us! I had to ask for an apology. She showed no sympathy to my dog at all when she repaired his nail. Now we are home and one of his back nails is bleeding! Absolutely the worst experience. This woman has no business dealing with animals at all! Also his hair is completely chopped up, ears are uneven. Just terrible.

I was sooooo thrilled with grooming services for my toy golden doodle Indy!This was a perfect example of great “small business “ etiquette from polite and thorough communication & speedy ( same day) service to a fabulous groom! Being new to the area and a first timer, I couldn’t be more pleased and 100% recommend PFP!!!

Gizmo:At other grooming places, we noticed that Gizmo would come home sad, as if they hurt him. With Purrfect Fur, we have had no issues like this.Thank you!
