Quick Lane in Plainfield is the only place we take our family’s vehicles. They stand by their word and try to save you money where they can with rebates, etc.

Im on the road full-time and have encountered many quicklanes that Id never return to. These guys were top notch! Quick, polite (this one is rare at quicklane) and completed oil change quickly. Did not attempt to upsell me garbage I didnt need

This was my first service on my new f250. The front desk guy, Kevin, was great. Friendly, professional and even showed me some features on my truck and the Ford app that I did not know.

I called and asked if they had availability to do an alignment. Was told yes that I could bring it in now I was about 10mins out came and they took my info and the mechanics were talking in the shop then came back and said probably can't do it today but maybe tomorrow. I said then why did you tell me you could he said I don't know. The racist brillow pad haired guy in the front needs a reality check you work at quick lanes you are not something special. Will never come back extremely rude

This place used to be WAY better. I paid $1,400 for a coolant leak and pump replacement back in February of this year and now I'm at a different mechanic paying for a coolant leak and pump replacement AGAIN! Not to mention a $150 diagnostic fee. I want my money back. Period.

Went there 3/17, oil change. Service fast, price was right.... but they try SCAM ME. THe lady from front shows me (NOT MY) Air Filter, and suggest that my regular mechanic do not change it. This Air filter was so filthy like somebody clean with it fireplace chimney. So be careful for SCAM that you will be offered. For the staff ( I change my Air Filter once a year so I know my Air filter :) )

Efficient, quick and great service. Gerard and his team made sure to provide updates and price transparency during the process. Made my life much easier than waiting at my mechanic all day to get necessary repairs done.

Oil change was over $30 more out of nowhere. They told my girlfriend she needed full synthetic oil instead of a regular synthetic blend. Every other time the vehicle went there full synthetic was not needed. I called and asked why and he just said in their system it now’s shows full synthetic for the vehicle, I asked why the change and couldn’t give an answer.
