In the process of selling my home, the buyers schedule a radon test performed by Reliable Radon Inspections. Because I still occupied the home, I met with Jim when he came to set up and remove the monitors. I was impressed by how thorough he was and learned more about radon from him than from the company that I had hired to inspect the home I'm moving to.
My home failed the test so I had a mitigation system installed and then contacted Reliable Radon Inspections to schedule another test. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly, took care to set up the same exact equipment in the same places in my home to accurately recreate the conditions for the first test. Fortunately, this time my house passed.
Although I won't be contacting Reliable Radon Inspections to perform another test here in the recommended two-year timeframe, I will definitely contact them to do the testing in my new home.

I highly recommend Reliable Radon Inspections! I was desperately needing a quick radon level inspection to check the new vents installed at my house. I called them early morning, they called me back quickly and I’ve got a great quote with quick start date. The Inspector was nice, kind and quick. The payment process was ahead of work and online. I had a fantastic experience with Reliable Radon Inspections, Inc. Jim was incredibly professional and thorough. He was so considerate, even offering to change his shoes and making sure the lights were off before he left the basement. It’s clear the company values their customers. I highly recommend them for anyone needing radon testing!
