Slav is someone I would describe as confidently incorrect. Terrible service. I would recommend you use this company if you would like to overpay and deal with attitude and incompetence.

I had called customer service and when they pulled up my account they had suddenly canceled my service and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude to me about it. When I questioned it and asked why (maybe if I had an unpaid bill) she refused to give me a reason. I put 6k into this and it was a disappointing outcome

Kris's guys did a fantastic job. I already had most of my equipment and I never once felt like my needs were a small job or a waste of time. I highly recommend REMOTE for any audio, video, or security needs that you might have.
