Recently brought my 2020 Eco Sport in for a tire repair. I was asked if I'd like a complementary car wash when I arrived, to which I said YES, of course. They had it fixed within an hour. When I came out to pick up the car, it was obviously not washed....so I asked if they were going to wash it. I was told that their car wash was "broken" and they were so sorry. But, I got the feeling, based on the looks on their faces, that the cost of my repair job didn't warrent a complementary car wash.Being in the Customer Service buisness myself, I'd have offered the customer a free wash any day they wanted to come back, or a voucher at a different car wash...so they didn't walk away without it. Just silly for FORD to act so cheap....

In June, I purchased a brand new Bronco Sport. However the same day I took it home, I discovered an “air leak” type sound inside the cabin. It was extremely annoying and grew louder as I drove. I immediately notified the service team at Rod Baker who the. attempted to solve it. Shortly after they were notified by the manufacturer that it would be a few months until there would be a solution offered by Ford engineers.Thankfully a few weeks ago they fixed the sound, and now I will be getting nearly $1000 back for my troubles.If this isn’t your sign to purchase your next vehicle from Rod Baker Ford, I don’t know what would be.Special thanks to Anthony (sales), Marcus (office) & Vince (service) for their help and empathy throughout the whole process.Only 4 stars because I had to wait 4.5 months for a resolution.

I recently purchased a Ford Edge at Rod Baker Ford. I was extremely happy with my experience there. My salesman was Don Sulejmani. He was extremely helpful throughout the sale, communicating with me in a timely manner throughout the whole process. He was able to find the car I was looking for and I feel their pricing was fair for the new car as well as for my trade-in of a 2016 Edge. There were no high pressure tactics used to push me to make decisions before I was ready to finalize the purchase, which I appreciate. This is the third car I have purchased from Rod Baker Ford and will definitely go back there again as well as recommend them to friends and family.

I ended up buying a Bronco from Brian Murphy. We had a wonderful experience with him, very patient and informative. We started at Rod Baker and went to many dealerships in between but we were most comfortable and happy at Rod Baker and ended up making our purchase there.

I was recently passing through the Chicago area and was unable to roll up the rear window of my new Escape. I was hours from home as well as my local dealer, and it was starting to rain. I stopped at a nearby Ford service center just off the interstate who would not be able to look at my car for several hours. It was recommended I contact Rod Baker Ford to see if they could at least get the window raised until I was able to get home for the repairs. I called and spoke with Joseph P who said he would have the service center look at the vehicle to see what could be done. A little over an hour later, my car had not only been "looked at", the master switch had been replaced and I was able to get back on the road. Thank you, Joseph and Aaron B (technician). If I was treated this well as a person just passing through, how much better service if I were a local.

Stellar service!!! If you haven’t used the mobile unit for service, I highly recommend it. They came out to my home, diagnosed the issue in my driveway, picked it up, and returned it to my home. No inconvenience to me whatsoever. In the meantime we purchased a new commercial truck for our business which went smoothly. No pushing, no badgering, and straight to the point. This is best I’ve felt about a dealership in a long time. Thank you!

It took 5 trips to the dealer’s service department to resolve a “fault” error I received every time I started the vehicle. Then they charged me for the gas I used in the loaner vehicle they let me use for one night as they were still working on it. Only good thing I can say is it right next to where work so I was not too put out.

My husband and I popped in late in the day to look at a new Ford truck. Our salesman, Don, was finishing up a deal with another couple but worked between us both seamlessly. Don was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous as we switched gears and went from a smaller truck to a larger one. He helped us find the perfect truck for my husband. Though it was late in the evening, he knew how busy our schedules were, so Don, the sales manager Fritzy (James Fritz), Lisa Czerwinski the F & I manager, and a couple of really nice and helpful porters all stayed 2 1/2 hours AFTER CLOSING to help us finish the deal that night. Huge thanks to you all! We will definitely recommend this dealer and its lovely staff. Bonus: Its new location, huge inventory, building, and cool, high-tech (almost) paperless signing, make the experience that much more fun!

I called Rod Baker Ford on a whim as I'm located out of state in Kansas City, but they had a vehicle I was interested in. I spoke with J.R and asked how buying a vehicle worked if out of state and gave me a run down that they have done it before and the vehicle can be shipped for not that much direct to my door. I now have a 23 Ford Ranger Tremor in my driveway after a very painless process and no time spent at a dealership. J.R took me through the process and made it easy. If your on the fence of being out of area, $600 shipping was cheaper than had I traveled to get the vehicle. Highly recommend Rod Baker Ford, I had an A+ experience.
