It's ok I'm very upset that I got a Sephora credit card but can't use it at Sephora Kohl's that's just ridiculous any who the women that work there are nice and attentive a I had to get in line there times the first to find out I couldn't buy nothing with my Sephora credit card I the Kohl's is good

Tonight has been an adventure. Before getting back to my apartment, I went to Walgreens, and a Steak N Shake, where I had amazing service in both places.
I started the night here at Sephora in the Kohl's, though.
Hope, and her colleague Beth, were very attentive to myself and other customers. I got the most help from Hope, though, while Beth was busy with other duties. Hope helped me with color matching my skin, helping me find products, giving me tips on how to start my make-up routine, and so on. I hope nothing but positive feedback for Hope. While I did not deal as directly with Beth, the two interactions I had were positive as she made sure I was receiving help and all. There was zero judgment from either, and was an amazing, affirming experience.

the registers and service suck. as much money as i spend in Sephora, no one should racially profile me lol but maybe they do that because people steal. funny on one visit, i didn’t see them watching all the white women who were in there with gigantic shopping purses lolTwo cashiers who work here are sweet. My main issue is the POS system sucks and i’d rather just do a pickup order
