This is the best place to take your car for auto body work. The team, including Kris & Opal, is curtesy’s, honest & helpful, which is hard to find. I’ve been there three times for body work over the past several years & every time I had a positive experience, usually being my expectations.

I was minding my own business and a goose decided to break the deal we've had with birds for the last 100 plus years and fly straight into my windshield. I went through my insurance and within 24 hours I had scheduled an appointment to have it fixed after getting an estimate. They were able to fix the dent on the hood and get me a new windshield within a week. The work seems to be flawless although they told me to give it 30 days. Highly recommend this shop.

I took my Toyota Corolla to Crash Champions on April 10th because someone hit my bumper in the parking lot of my work. I needed a new rear bumper and a scratch on my quarter panel worked on. Alex Ochoa was the first agent available and he was very fast looking over the damage and quick to send me the first estimate.Geico quoted me about $1000 for the work. Crash Champions quoted more than double that, (about $2100) but Alex assured me there were mandatory procedures that Geico did not quote for (drilling needed for aftermarket back-up sensors on the bumper, removing the rear lamps for the bumper install, etc). Alex said he would send the new quote to Geico and if any hidden work came up, he would send a revised estimate.He ordered the new bumper for me after we figured out how Geico could be estimated/adjusted and how much I would pay. He ordered the bumper about April 19th. It came in less than a week. I dropped off my vehicle on the 23rd, thinking the bumper would already be there, so I could avoid waiting for that to ship while my car is sitting at the garage.On May 1st, Alex informed me Geico wanted them to get an aftermarket bumper, so they would have to abandon the Toyota bumper that was already ordered for me, wait for the new bumper to arrive and do all the paint work all over again. I was needless to say, very upset with Geico because now I would have to wait several more days for my vehicle. Alex told me the insurance companies do this a lot; a car may have parts installed, ready to go and the insurance companies will make a garage take it apart again to replace it with a new part (maybe the third party part would be cheaper than OEM, but would Toyota even take it back after all the drilling and painting was already done?) Alex did a great job of reassuring me he would get the work done as fast as he could.When Alex got the OEM part he worked as quickly as he could to paint and buff it. On May 4th, Alex said the vehicle would be ready in the afternoon, he would let me know as soon as it was available, however I wouldn’t be able to pick it up myself because I work from 10am-7pm. Alex sent me an email at 1pm that it was ready. I asked Alex if there was any way I could pick it up after my shift at 7. I believe he had one of the techs stay late to try to accommodate, but unfortunately I got out of my shift late. I picked it up in the morning on the 5th of May.This customer is very satisfied with the quality of work done, my bumper and rear quarter panel look brand new. I am still upset with how Geico handled the situation, but I feel that Alex and Crash Champion’s customer service exceeded my expectations. I will be a returning customer, but I hope I do not need any more body work done in the near future.

They tried to total my car altho we told them I only needed front end damage that was worth only 5k but decided to check off the whole car which again only said to do the front of the car they will squeeze every dime to make sure it gets totaled do not recommendService: Body & Trim

The people there helped me with every step and kept me up to date. They were extremely friendly and I received my car back earlier than the estimated date. Also they advised me on places to go for a rental car. I would recommend everyone I know to go here. My car looks like new.

This location does fantastic work. My wife had her Kia and our daughter's Mazda repaired here and both times very satisfactory. The staff was great, ...very friendly and explained things well. The repairs were done quickly, and quality work. The general manager Mario is very personable, and made sure the work was done correctly. The prices were also very good, and Mario went out of his way to accommodate us. We are very happy with them, they are definitely our go to collision service for sure.Service: Body & Trim
