I joined T-Mobile at this store. The employees at the store, without my knowledge or authorization, installed screen protectors on my new phones and added charging accessories. Both were added as installment plans on my bill, so I didn't notice until the first bill was issued. They also added an additional line charge and device protection plans that I did not request or authorize. I had to call the T-Mobile Customer Care line multiple times to fix these unauthorized charges. Employees also erroneously said that I could transfer responsibility for my wife's existing T-Mobile phone number without additional charges, it ended up being an extra $45/month. T-Mobile Customer Care representative said that, although the stores are convenient, if I wanted factual statements on T-Mobile's promotions, I should call the T-Mobile Customer Care line instead. Save yourself the trouble and just call T-Mobile instead of going to this store.

The operators are incompetent and rude. especially the manager. this team is what gives T-mobile a bad name. They had the phone. But would not sell it to me because I did not want the extra charger. They throw me out the store.

The energy in this store has been the worse I ever felt. Walked in and wasn’t even greeted, when I asked for help the guy (didn’t get his name) approached me super serious. I asked for a phone and he said I don’t think we have it. I then asked “can you check?” he said yes and walked away. At this point I haven’t even told him what phone I wanted. He comes back and says we don’t have it. I was so upset so I said forget it and walked away. Like how is this doing your job? I would avoid this location if you are looking for a good customer service.

I was supposed to complete an exchange under warranty, this was approved by T-Mobile and it was supposed to be a painless process. This location has unfortunately been very difficult to work with, which is a shame because they are less than 5 minutes from my house. This first time I went to pick up the replacement watch, the rep opened the package and it was the wrong watch. They had to cancel and reorder the replacement. This was annoying but I understand mistakes happen. I then get a notification that the second replacement is ready. I come in and the manager advises he cannot complete the exchange because the device screen will not power on. He then tells me to go to a "corporate" store to complete the exchange and that they are a third party store and are unable to complete the exchange because of the non functioning screen, they must think customers only exchange working devices. Instead of offering to work with me or call the store or set me up, he gives me the number and says to reach out to them. I spoke with someone at the other store, they were equally confused on why the exchange could not be honored. That manager reached out to the first store and was also met with the same odd response as to why the device couldn't be exchanged. There is something either really wrong with this location or third party locations in general. I tried to make the claim under the appropriate area (mechanical breakdown versus accidental damage), I answered all the questions through T-Mobile website and THEY determined it was mechanical breakdown. I guess third party locations don't have to honor T-Mobile policies or can just choose when they don't have to. If I have a choice, I am never coming back to this location.

Our family had a bad experience at the store. My husband was neither respected nor treated well as a valued customer. The store agents were rude to him and not even trying their best to help him out. It was a very hot day, my husband was tired after a long-week-work, but wasted a long time in the store without his problem solved, what's even worse, he was mistreated. I do not recommend anyone to this store.

I hate T-Mobile now because of this store. The guy with the blond hair"didn't get his name" was super disrespectful and rude. I got there to switch my number, after he made sure getting paid first, he put the sim card in but didn't work, calls failed, he handled me my phone and told me to leave, contact T-Mobile to see what's the problem. I didn't need to pay someone just so he can put the SC in, I could do that myself, I came to the store so I can get my phone set up. When I insisted either fix the issue or refund my money, he started with the insults, and threatened to call the cops

I went to this T-Mobile and purchased 2 iPhones, 3 Watches, plus cases and screen protectors. (Spent a lot of money!) I was told that if the screen protectors cracked to just bring them in and they will replaced them. I believed this because many stores do this for customers. So when my screen protector cracked three weeks later I did as told and brought it back to the store. The Manager told me that I did not buy the "Protection Plan", that no one said was needed, so it was not covered! After I explained that no one said that I needed that coverage and that I just spent a lot of money there a few weeks ago he told me there is nothing he could do! That is a bunch of BS! His employee lied to be to get the sell and he couldn't even make it right! This was the first and last time I will buy anything from this store. My suggestion is Don't Buy, They Lie!

I made two trips to this store over the past three days. My first visit was to ask about T-Mobile's internet service. There was a 14 day trail which it only took me 24 hrs to determine that it was far superior to AT&T. My second visit was to upgrade my iphone from 11 to 14. I had looked at the previous reviews for this store. They are under new management and the new folks are great. They were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this store for service and knowledge.

I must have done something that enabled viruses or SPAM or some unwanted stuff to constantly get sent from Google. The men who assisted me were GREAT! They were knowledgeable, patient with me and my unknowing brain, helpful, friendly, and more! They answered my questions and even asked if there was anything else they could do for me! Phone all fixed. Didn't take long.

Worst service every. Ur better off buying something from Walmart. Dropped calls no one cares internet always down hot spots never work. I pat almost 500 a month for garbage. I am now switching to Verizon tmobile hires only people who can follow book directions and nothing more. GO TO VERISON they might be more or might not be depending on ur situation but tmobiles towers are trash there's always issues every month and the past week bars and internet service has gone to literally nothing. Then when u call they act all like robots and send u to the next person or they hang up or they make u wait an hour. If u read this do not buy tmobile service. They don't give u money back when u pay them for service that is never working for days. They don't care at all and everyone u talk to on their line is either from a far away country or who knows

I have been a TMO customer for 20+ years, went in to replace SIM card as requested by TMO email. This experience was not even close to the experience I have received at other T-Mobile store. There was nothing that they could have pride themselves on providing an awesome experience. The team did not show any courtesy, respect and displayed very unprofessional behavior. Clearly shows the lack of training that the employees working at this store. The associates working at this store, especially MUSKAN is better suited to work in a soap opera than at a corporate store. The associates working here are so intimidating, now I am afraid to step in this store again. I have sent an email with details to TCC, which is an authorized retailer operating this TMO franchise. Waiting for a reply.
