Needed to get a house with about 1.5 months before having to move out. Tanya did an amazing job finding us exactly what we were looking for. She worked very hard to get us the price, area, and quality of what we wanted. She helped in every aspect and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. When I meet Tanya l I knew she was going to be the person I would want to work with after a very short conversation. When we finally decided to sell our house we talked to her and she answer every question we had, she was so patient and explained the process to us and the best part is that she was ALWAYS available for any questions that came on the way. From what I heard selling and buying a house can be a hard process well she made it very easy for us. She listen to our needs and wants (very important when you’re looking for a house) and for the house we where selling the listing looked so good we wanted to put an offer on it.I would 10/10 times recommend her as a realtor she’s such an amazing person and the most important thing is that she cares about the people she’s helping.

The process of selling a house can be very stressful so it’s important to have the right agent working with you. Tanya is that person. Tanya was so incredibly helpful in buying my new home, and she was extremely nice to my family every time we spoke with her. I was looking for houses on my own because my previous agent was very distant and negligent towards me. When I decided I wanted to make a same-day offer on an open house, the seller's agent referred me to Tanya. She immediately followed up with me - my offer was accepted that same night right on the deadline.Throughout the whole process, Tanya was there to answer all of my questions, and I felt really taken care of. There was hardly any work for me to do because she was very aggressive in moving things along in the days leading up to closing. Almost everything was handled within two weeks, and I was happy to start counting the days to moving in.Closing could not have been easier thanks to Tanya. I would highly recommend her as an agent.
