Big variety of cards but some cards are over priced and can purchase on Ebay for 40% cheaper most of the time.

The guy working was not friendly at all. Super condescending and had no idea about players in their inventory. I will never be back. Check out the sports card zone in Shorewood. Much better experience for first timers there.

Good store and good stuff but I did get profile and got bad customer service from the person working there. I couldn’t even ask questions without him giving me an attitude just felt like he had something against me kept hovering me at all times like I was going to take something, just bad customer service

I just visited the new store location. Great selection of wax, but box prices are mostly at or above eBay prices. I don't blame them, but just wanted to mention it. The pricing on supplies is pretty great. I'd love to see more $1 singles to go through. There is a section of cases that people lease from the store. The pricing on most of those cards was pretty high.

Today my 11 year old son went to the plainfield location and spent his hard earned money on a 2021 Diamond Kings Hobby pack. When he opened the pack all of the cards were vertically bent down the middle. After multiple phone calls the store clerk informed my son that they couldn’t do anything for him. He then told my son to contact Panini himself. This is just disheartening to a kid who thinks he’s going to get baseball cards to add to his collection and instead he got a pack worth nothing. I just wish there was something the store could have done for this mishap.

Don't fall for the BS "We buy everything"!! I went 2 years ago and they offered me $350 for all my cards (200 Jordan cards + multiple Relics, tons of Kobe's including RC, 30 Durant RC'S including super script/ Topps Chrome/ base, orange, white Parallel Topps, baseball cards from 50's/60's plus 3,000 other cards) LMFAO!!! I said HELL NO! started selling on eBay and made $7,000 in 3 months..
