Tony's Fresh Market is a family-owned grocery store that has been serving Chicago and its suburbs since 1979. Known for its wide selection of fresh, quality products at low prices, it offers a variety of imported international foods, including Mexican, Italian, and Asian items. The store features a large produce section with fresh fruits and vegetables and an extensive meat department with a good selection of fresh meat, deli items, and homemade baked goods like pastries and bread made daily. The deli offers imported lunchmeats and cheeses, while the hot food and salad bar provides ready-made meals. Customers appreciate the variety and affordable prices, especially for specialty and international foods. However, some reviews mention concerns about store cleanliness, with dingy lighting and dirty floors, as well as issues with outdated discounts at self-checkout and occasional high prices compared to other grocery stores. Despite these drawbacks, Tony’s remains a popular one-stop shop for fresh produce, international foods, and everyday grocery needs. The store continues to be appreciated for its unique offerings and extensive selection, although recent experiences have led some customers to seek alternative sources for meat and other items.
Has great selection of imported foods from all over the world!
