Truck was a little bit rickety but it made it. Otherwise, the location was great and customer service was excellent! Super easy to pick up and drop off.

Very nice people. Clean and well-maintained equipment. Very fair with pricing and explanation of therein. The location is good and has easy access for trucks to turn in and out. They get busy, so some required patience is to be expected.

I used the Plainfield store on route 30. They were nice people and the prices were reasonable. I would go here again.

Be prepared to pay more fees than expected. I started with a 1/4 tank of gas. They told me to make sure I returned it with the same amount, so I stopped at the Speedway down the street to return it with the same amount, and they charged me an extra $30.00 anyway.

Made a reservation. Got a call several weeks prior saying the computer system changed and wiped out all reservations. I said okay I want to make a reservation. He said no you have to rent today. But I check their website and not only does it look the same but I'm still able to make reservations on it. So...he's a liar.Also the vehicle storage area is creepy, cramped, and I swear haunted. The people in the nearby neighborhood are always miserable because people go there and work on their cars and rev the engines. Our trailer didn't fit; we almost couldn't get it out of the lot. Creepy, gross, and unsecure.
