We came into the shop to get our phone repaired. It was not charging properly. They figured out that it needed to be cleaned at the charger point. They repaired it and everything is working great. Five-star review.

Great service here! These guys are kind, helpful and very knowledgable. Due to a problem I was having with At&t, I had to sit on my computer in the store for quite awhile while I sorted it out via chat. During this time I saw the manager (I believe) work with 5-6 other customers consecutively. He didn't miss a beat and spoke with each guest as if they were his first of the day.

Took my son's phone in because it wouldn't charge. The tech came back out about 15 seconds later with the problem fixed. He could have charged us and didn't because I did agree to the charged. Complete Class Act!! Thank you.

Do not bring a fold 6 to the store they don't seem like they want to work on them. They will do nothing but give you a hassle with insurance.

Best place in the world, saved my life! Chris is fantastic! Smart, patient, VERY patient, and quick and a great teacher. He was able to fix an abundant amount of issues that Google, Samsung, and T-Mobile were not able to. 15 mins in store, was way quicker then 2 days and a multitude of hours that I will never get back. Please please go to the Plainfield store, Chris and the gentlemen are fabulous! U will save a huge headache and hours on the phone.

After a funny not so funny mixup getting sent to Shorewood by a computer glitch, I was able to get everything done at this Plainfield location. This team is a God Send and the phone had to stay overnight but was ready first thing the next morning. Donny I cannot Thank you enough and God Bless You! He knew right away the issue and the part was in stock. They text me once the phone was checked in and once it was ready. I forgot the GoggleCare protection was changing but so glad it's still in connection with UbreakIFix! This saved me so much time and money. Check your current phone insurance and warranties before coming out of pocket. It is so worth it and mines was covered in full. We pay enough monthly or annually so bring it in and they'll take very good care of your devices.

I went to repair my xbox elite controller. I paid the charges for it upfront and also paid the charges for cleanup later. Donny messaged me to pickup the controller, but I was little late to visit their location. But, when I got there, the employee working there said that my controller has been recycled. They did not give me a deadline to pick it up, in which case I would have hurried and went to their location. Instead they ended up recycling without my permission and did not refund me on the repair as well as the controller's cost which costs more than $170.
Edit: I recently contacted Asurion to see if they can do anything about my case, but they said that they can't give back credit/refund as the store tried to contact me 6 times and they have a policy of recycling your product if you don't come receive your product within a month 🤷🏾♂️. So, thank you Asurion for taking my xbox elite controller and the repair + cleaning charges.

Don and the other gentleman were consummate professionals. Work on our 2 Pixel phones was done on time and work beautifully now. They are busy but that's because they are very very good at their craft.

Highly recommend. Comcast was useless, wanted me to buy a new phone. This guy fixed it in 2 min & wouldn't charge me a dime. Bring them your phone issues.
