Cleanliness is a big deal for me and I find comfort in knowing I won't end up with some nasty infection like I've seen people get from visiting nail salons, forcing them to visit the podiatrist .. next, my 5 stars represents the job they do which I am always 100% pleased with and keeps me going back.

Clean but Mary the owner takes to many appointments then passes you off on another person not very buissness likeAfter Mary comment.....I am not happy and this is your response..I do not understand how I book appointment with you after waiting hour you tell me someone else do me and you take another walk in ..not good buissness you have a lot of bad comments on here! First time here and the lady who did my nails did a horrible job! She rushed the entire times leaving my nails uneven and lumpy. They charged me $53 for this hot mess! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! ?

I don’t know why I keep trying to give a change to this little business nail why is it that they think they can paint you what ever color they want wen you ask for a specific color. I am so don with shorewood, crest hill romeville nail salons lady’s we go for the service we go for the pampering if not I would go buy the nail polish at Walgreens or CVS and do this myself I am so disappointed went with my daughter of course they did a good job on hers but mine she put this nail color that I never ask for and she was so

I am a boy but My Grandma comes here very often. They treat her very well here and are quick. I came in once for a pedicure and they did an very nice job. I recommend betty she knows what to do ??.Service: Pedicure

I have been a customer of this establishment for years! Not sure what changed or when the service got so poor! But because I'd been comfortable with the location, the first time I received rude or what I considered to be unprofessional service, I over looked it."We're all entitled to having a bad day!" And with that bad experience, I even tipped well, in an added attempt to to make the day better for the nail tech. Recalling that this had not been the norm!Yet, on today and over a MONTH between my last appointment ..I have been met with the exact same rude and frustrated service mood!So I am deciding to no longer be a customer to this way of business!I came in for a Full set. A man was called to assist me. He told me it would be 55 dollars. I asked how? The pricing board clearly stated that it was $30...he said because I wanted an oval shape?!So the shape of the nails caused a 25 upcharge? I asked.Mid explanation he simply walks away from me, and speaking in another language, another lady comes to me to take his place.I was so shocked at the lack of professionalism and abandonment of my need for clarification, that I asked her to explain what happened and how what he did was okay.Granted, she was apologetic about his rude demeanor and attempted to ask someone else to service me.But now...I had to wait. Which I did for a moment, but I couldn't shake how I was PAYING to be treated like I was not!! And the principle became bigger than the need to just get my nails done.I decided to call another shop and give them a try. Which I am glad I did. Don't waste your time here. The management has changer and there is no longer a standard to the service.Edit AFTER Owner response!!!Mary. Owning an establishment, and actually being there to observe the Family affair of Business is 2 totally different things.You the OWNER, read a lengthy review of customer's disappointment and dissatisfaction of service, and all you could say is what your SISTER said smh. Shameful!I was not fussing about the wait. That was the least important part following the disrespect..As I sat, I determined rather quickly after this being the 2ND time. That no matter what the cost, the rude demeanor of the man delegated to do my nail services, was UNACCEPTABLE.Therefore the money was better spent where the staff was friendlier. As I am also a generous tipper! In full appreciation of the services rendered.You see, it's never about the cost! It's the confusion behind the respect and appreciation of the clients in the EXACT neighborhood that has sustained YOUR business ma'am! Without that, what is there?We deserve to feel good about spending our money. Especially when inflation is everywhere.Seems to me that if you cannot trust Family to run the business efficiently in your absence, you should consider hiring outside of the Family fold. Just a suggestion.I've read several reviews of similar issues in your shop. So discrediting mine, doesnt actually make the problem in your shop any less credible.Treat each customer like they matter. It's OKAY for us to have questions.Don't argue.Do better.I pay the exact same price at my new nail service salon. And I'd pay MORE for any place that shows professionalism and value to me as the customer. My time as a customer was great. I wish you the best on your business and displaying better customer service to all present and future clients.Take care.

People have no consideration for others. I was getting a pedicure, and of course it's relaxing right. but, when you have a Spanish woman sitting next to you talking another language AND has her phone conversation on speaker is so disrespectful! No one wants to hear that while we're trying to enjoy our services. IGNORANT A** PEOPLE!!!!

Nice little place. Dropped by on my way home from work. Very nice staff. Good manicure. Id come back again. Thank you!! Let's see how it hold up on my sad bendy nails. I got a tip on one finger and they fixed a broken nail on another. $40 total. Clean store.

I moved in to Plainfield about 6 months ago and drove by this place many times during my short time here. Felt like I didn’t have time to stop by, but around a month and a half ago I decided to give it a shot and I was very pleased with the place. I got a pedicure with a very nice white polish and the men and women working were very polite and nice and did a great job. This weekend I went again and it was very busy, which was different from my previous experience, and although the wait was longer and a little more rushed the end result was still beautiful! I would highly recommend to visit, but if you can come on the less busy times you will be very pleased when you walk out!Service: Pedicure
