I recently left due to strange activity on account and loosing access to account my problem was at the billingbrook location. They credited money then took it back before I sent the claim back. There a memory now.

US Bank was good as a personal account - horrendous for business accounts. Not enough space/time to dictate everything but I will cite the impossible business wires outside the county...what a nightmare. As far as this location goes, I get harangued every time I visit about participating in services. I sometimes get calls ( like I need this) selling something...I live a few minutes from here but I do my banking 20 minutes away to avoid this spot...

Just tried doing an auto loan with them and have been going back and forth on the phone with them for over a week. Was told I was approved the 2nd day I spoke to them and just waiting for them to tell me I can sign the papers and go buy the vehicle I wanted. Fast forward four days later after going in circles with them over the phone for them to tell me it was turned down. If I could give them 0 stars I would. AVOID them at all costs! Worst and most unprofessional branch I have ever tried to do business with!

0 stars. By far the worst branch employees we have ever had the misfortune of encountering. I am flabbergasted as to how these people have not only come to be hired, but for some unfathomable reason still retain their jobs. We had two simple things to get done, all easily doable without a problem. Something that can be accomplished at an ATM or other branch in less than 5 minutes. The ATM was down so I was unfortunately forced to go to the counter.This was not only the single most unprofessional, horrendiously rude, uncourteous, and unempathetic branch I have ever encountered with this otherwise wonderful bank, it's likely one of the worst interactions I have ever dealt with from employees in my entire life. Not only did one woman quite literally threaten me, she told me "well I don't care" when I said I was having a horrible enough day as it already was. These deplorable employees were condecenting, disrespectful, discriminatory, and arrogant.There is absolutely never an excuse for curt behavior from an employee; to be belittling, upsetting, and even threatening a client. The stranger in line behind me was scoffing and shaking their head at the employees while sympathizing with me as the employees made me flustered. All over such a simple and quick thing to take care of.After discussing the incident amongst ourselves, we decided we will not be switching banks as we have had an otherwise very lovely expierence with USbank. However, we would rather gouge our own eyes out than return to this branch to deal with these substandard and unsettling employees.Thanks for no help,-long-term supporting patrons.
