I took my dad to Verizon today to upgrade his phone and Remington made the entire process so simple and easy. He even took the time to give my dad a tutorial on the new phone. He upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 14 so it was a big change for him. Even with my very impatient, and not well behaved kids running around, Remington never made us feel rushed or unwanted. He thoroughly explained everything and just gave the best service. Super happy with our experience and will for sure be back soon to buy a new iPad.
