Slowest Pharmacy drive throught ever. 3 cars in front of us. Literally waited 30 mins, and this isn't the first time it's happened. One person running the window. Please hire more people. This one star reflects the service I was given not once but twice. You will lose more customer's to CVS if this continues.

This review is to acknowledge your night shift pharmacist, Colleen. I had an urgent question regarding my child's medicine and she was so friendly and helped ease my mind so kudos to her. It makes a huge difference when people show they care. Very much appreciate her.

What's the point of waiting in line if they skip you and take the person behind you? This pharmacy is not a good one. Slow, slow, slow!

Employees are very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. It does seem they are understaffed. Prescriptions take forever and it was never like this before. Again the employees are great but they to have more help.

The girls were so sweet but Keith has a nasty attitude. I wish these walgreens pharmacy do better at training the pharmacists. Agian, everyone was great, Keith's attitude shoukd just stay home next time. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever went too. Ardita was so rude and unhelpful, I have never had a pharmacist say such nasty things to me.

I really appreciate all the work everyone does at this location. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know how hard it can be to be understaffed. They keep their cool and are friendly. Sally the pharmacist is a gem 💎

They are always very accommodating. They are always willing to contact your doctors for the orders they may have forgotten to send, and Walgreens is in constant communication with the customer. The only thing that I would suggest they work on is the wait time in drive-through, but I do understand that they took on all of Walmarts business when it closed. I love Walgreens!

Caton Farm and 59 Walgreens pharmacy is the worst of the worst. They never have your medication available and have to order, which takes two days minimum. They don’t return calls when you request a medication transfer to a neighborhood Walgreens that might have it. I live five minutes from this pharmacy but have vowed never to have my medication sent there for pickup again. I have them sent to Ingalls Ave branch, also 24 hr, often has your medication in stock, and offers better services.

this place is horrible. The pharmacy is rude and unwilling even look up my insurance on file. The lady that answered the phone in the pharmacy should be terminated for talking to customers the way she treated me.
