Walgreens in Plainfield had an assistant fill my prescription and the pharmacist quickly glanced at it while working on another prescription. I called Walgreens to find out about a prescription and received call center. Pharmacy was not available. Bad service and dangerous because unqualified personnel filling prescriptions.

My medications have been delayed multiple times without a phone call. I have gone days without my medications because no one called to tell me my medications were delayed. I have my phone records as proof as well as being told my medications would be ready next day. I've had to go to the hospital before because I couldn't get my medications this is ALL DOCUMENTED. The pharmaist has given both myself and my doctor conflicting information at the same time while we were both on the phone. Get it together before someone dies.

The Pharmacist Dave violated HIPPA by giving my information out to someone who didn't have my written permission to have. I have called the main Walgreens Corp and nothing was done. Maggie another Pharmacist who refuses to help or give information on meds is rude and not helpful. There needs to be new people here to work with patients. Dave and Maggie needs to be fired especially Dave for violating HIPPA. The store manager here Chris is nothing but a racist. I have watched him treat blacks like trash. This Walgreens is lacking class, professionalism and tact. I wouldn't do any business here with this pharmacy because your safety and personal information will be breached by Dave the main rude nasty pharmacist at this location. Keep calling Corp on Dave, Maggie and racist Chris till something is done here. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment.

Pharmacy manager, Douglas N., was extremely rude and unhelpful! I fainted when receiving a covid vaccination, which I had written on my form sometimes happens with shots and blood draws, but right when I woke back up he was annoyed and told me I should only go to hospitals for shots in the future. 3 business days before my scheduled second dose, he called me and said that Walgreens won't do my second dose. I asked where I should go since I only had two weeks left in my 6 week window, and he gave no suggestions and didn't seem to care at all. I explained that I had no other places to go for a second dose since every pharmacy or county health department only does your second dose if you received your first one there. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to, and all he said was that I could call 1-800-WALGREENS if I wanted. Extremely disappointed in his lack of concern or care for pharmacy customers!
