Horrible experience. I’m wondering if they actually stock meds there. All my prescriptions are farmed out. Always a 2-3 day wait. All are popular medications. Wait time in drive through is beyond ridiculous. Today I waited on the phone 29 minutes for someone to answer me. He says sorry still not ready. I told him I was out of medication he said if you come in I’ll give to you. Waited 2; minutes in drive thru. I get to window and he says not ready. I wonder why I need meds for my BP. I’m switching pharmacies

I recently had to switch pharmacy from here. I was tired of not getting meds filled on time when I was on auto refill. Most recently I called to make sure they received my prescription from my doctor. They said yes and would refill it then. Because I didn't get a call that it was filled I called back 2 days later and was told yes it was filled. So I went to pick it up and then was told I could not get it for 2 more days. The girl didn't know why but I had it wait for two more days. I went back two days later and went in this time. The pharmacist told me it would take a little while to refill it. When I told her what happened because I had called and was told that it was ready since the day that the doctor called it in. This is Now 4 days later and it wasn't done. The pharmacist was very sorry for all the mix up. But after years of stuff like this I switched.

This is the worst Walgreens in the world. They don't care how long you have to wait. They don't care if you're sick. They don't care if they have your medicine in stock. The most important thing to them. Is their lunch time and their dinner time wouldn't go here again

I get wait time short staff, over worked and underpaid etc. I can tolerate that. What I can’t tolerate is absolute disregard for basic human decency to a fellow human being that is in pain. I waited on hold for 15 minutes just to talk to some one to see what the possibility of me getting my prescription prior to the pharmacy closing. Which in my mind a reasonable request so I can see how to best manage my condition until the morning. Well every time I actually connected to someone they immediately just hung up on me. Only a matter of time until Amazon figures out how to put Walgreens out of business and I for one will gladly transition my business!

This location has the worst pharmacy drive-thru wait times. Today is the second tone that I had to leave because they were with one customer for over 15 minutes. Love the store, but the pharmacy is a no for me.

Location: 24801 W 135th StPlainfield, IL 60544United StatesI am beyond upset and disappointed with the service at the pharmacy at this location. This morning (8/19) I made an appointment for a flu shot and covid booster at this location. The appointment was for 2pm, I got to the store at 1:40 and attempted to check in on the kiosk, but the kiosk would only allow me to create a new appointment for 3pm and did not have a check in option. I asked the pharmacy desk how I should check in and was told they do not communicate with the area doing vaccines and to sit and wait till I was called in. The door to the exam room was closed and I waited patiently, at 2:10 the door opened and she called in a mom and her daughter, when I tried to say I had an appointment I was told that I was late and would need to reschedule. After sitting there for 30 minutes, and showing up 20 minutes early to ensure I wouldn't be late, I am beyond enraged at the unprofessionalism and absolutle waste of my time this was. I will never be returning to this store, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I came here for a Covid shot. At the height of the pandemic I was able to go to sites run by the government and be in and out in literally no time. I scheduled a time on line and am now pushing 30 minutes past that time and when I went to ask how much longer, the clerk cut me off to say the pharmacist is preparing the shot. Never again

Worse walgreens to go to, items are Never priced as marked and never in correct location. You always get same response, someone must have moved... can't always happen.

Pharmacy manager Joe lacks understanding of universal precautions, has to be reminded to change gloves after giving shots to different customers, ignores hand hygiene
