Location: 24801 W 135th St Plainfield, IL 60544 United States I am beyond upset and disappointed with the service at the pharmacy at this location. This morning (8/19) I made an appointment for a flu shot and covid booster at this location. The appointment was for 2pm, I got to the store at 1:40 and attempted to check in on the kiosk, but the kiosk would only allow me to create a new appointment for 3pm and did not have a check in option. I asked the pharmacy desk how I should check in and was told they do not communicate with the area doing vaccines and to sit and wait till I was called in. The door to the exam room was closed and I waited patiently, at 2:10 the door opened and she called in a mom and her daughter, when I tried to say I had an appointment I was told that I was late and would need to reschedule. After sitting there for 30 minutes, and showing up 20 minutes early to ensure I wouldn't be late, I am beyond enraged at the unprofessionalism and absolutle waste of my time this was. I will never be returning to this store, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I came here for a Covid shot. At the height of the pandemic I was able to go to sites run by the government and be in and out in literally no time. I scheduled a time on line and am now pushing 30 minutes past that time and when I went to ask how much longer, the clerk cut me off to say the pharmacist is preparing the shot. Never again

Worse walgreens to go to, items are Never priced as marked and never in correct location. You always get same response, someone must have moved... can't always happen.

Literally the slowest pharmacy in the area. Doesn't matter if you are inside or at the drive through.

Worst pharmacy ever. Have been going here for the past 4 years and may never return. Doctor was extremely rude and judgmental. Claimed I have never been to that pharmacy before and told me there was a 2 hour wait even though she was sitting in the back watching tik toks.

Global travel requires me to rely on Walgreens for (essentially .... Metaphorically)... survival aka- string cheese. Recently a Walgreens manager closing up while I was traveling suggested a local hotel when I was lost. Walgreens Employees: Thank you. Sincerely

Despite the bad reviews I had very positive experience in this Walgreens. The pharmacist was so nice and even remembered my name the next time I had to refill my prescription.

Zero stars. This is by far the worst pharmacy "operation" I've ever witnessed over the course of 4 years now. Every single time it's at least a 15/20 minute wait in the drive thru line just for 9/10 times to finally get to the window and have them tell me that my prescription(s) weren't ready, weren't printed out yet, out of stock, etc. I never yelp or leave reviews for places other than positive ones but after years of this unprofessionalism, lack of time management, and lack of respect for customers and the time wasted of dealing with this place simply because it's walking distance from my house; today was the straw that broke the camel's back. And I wish I could say it was the first time but this is almost every single time when dealing with this place. Today, I requested a refill on my medication online around 9 am for an 11am pickup. After waiting 15 minutes in line at about 1:10pm (over 2 hours past the pick up time and several hours after placing the refill), I got to the window just for them to tell me "oh yeah, we just printed this actually, it's not ready yet". No apology, no explanation, and no time frame given as to when it WOULD be ready. I awkwardly had to say "okay I'll just come back later I guess" to which the response was "yeah..." I literally hate this place and will now officially be switching pharmacies because they clearly can NOT get it together.

This Pharmacy is closed for lunch between 1:30-2. I got a text at 1pm that my prescription was ready so ran right over and arrived at counter to pick up at 1:20. ( checked time on phone) Two people ahead of me. When it was my turn it was 1:31pm. Even with 4 people behind counter they said they could not help me and come back after 2. Their registers shut down at 1:30 sharp. Which we know isn't true. Ridiculous, they lost my business.

The dangerously awful pharmacy takes two stars off this place. I never get things filled here anymore as the pharmacy is slow and gets things wrong all the time. All the other employees are great. As long as you don't need an actual prescription, this place is a nice neighborhood stop.

If I could do zero stars for this pharmacy I would. We took our dogs prescription here, they filled it and we picked it up. After we got home we see that it said had Acetaminophen in it which was no where on the script. They never told us when picking it up that they had to substitute anything. We called our vet and he said not to give them to our dog it's the wrong med. Now we are out money because they were careless and filled what they thought was an acceptable replacement which could have killed our dog. They are reckless. Also, was told it would take an hour. Came back hour and 20 minutes later and was told it wasn't ready yet. Another 20 minutes.

I've yet to have a good experience here! Sat and waited for my amoxicillin prescription for 45 minutes. Have strep throat, 103 fever, clogged ears Took them 45 minutes to count out 20 pills.

terrrrrrrrible pharmacy. i pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes so the woman at the window could finish texting right in front of me.
